Karla says some offhanded comments or gives dirty looks everytime i come in, today i forgot to mention id like light whip for my drink as well and she shot me a side eye when going to write it on the cup so i felt judged and mentioned how i always order on mobile so my drink is ready before i go to work so ordering in person i forget everything i add onto it sometimes and she just goes “ that’s sad i prefer ordering in person and actually speaking to the people there” instantly put me into a bad mood cause excuse me for ordering online to make sure i have enough time to do everything i need to in the morning and still get my coffee in a timely manner. I don’t like writing reviews like this but i swear she’s always got something to say or a dirty look to give to me so i don’t know what it is but it’s really starting to annoy me. Avoided this Starbucks for months because of her but i was just at Safeway and thought id try to get a coffee from her again. Bad idea

Ordered iced pecan crunch oat latte and got something with no sprinkles whatsoever on top. Went to ask the barista and was told that the crunch was in the cold foam (lies! I’ve been ordering this drink for 2 years I’m not stupid) 4 people working and couldn’t make one drink right, proceeded to lie to my face and clearly had no shame.

Starbucks is crappy coffee. I dont know why people like it. The ones who like it probably dont know what good coffee is. Starbucks adds crap to their beans that make it gross. Come on Starbucks you can stop adding wax and crap to your beans.

Used the drive thru. The person who helped me was very pleasant. The sun was shining in her eyes all morning due to the position of the sun. I felt bad for her. They should be able to wear sunnies during their work shift to protect their delicate eyes.
