Starbucks in general does a good job at creating a good atmosphere. I found this store a bit larger than most with more seating which was nice. Store was also very clean

This is the only Starbucks drive thru where most of the staff just say “hi” or “hi there” to take my order. Very confusing, because I’m not sure if they are ready to take my order or what? Would be beneficial if they all said “hello, what can I get started for you?” Or something along those lines. This location is also the slowest for drive thru times in town….and I frequent Starbucks daily.

Went in to use the washroom before ordering and it's locked up like fort Knox. Went to order and music extremely loud. How do people carry on a conversation or concentrate in there Then the person putting out the drinks said something I don't know what she said coz it's so darn loud Luckily I was the only person ordering at the time

Did anyone else get a really bad stomach ache? I specifically went June 8th at around 7:30pm, not sure if anyone else got a bad experience. Employees were really nice though!

Went through the drive through and got an iced oat gingerbread latte. My drink was all milk. Very dissapointing tastes terrribleeee.

Unfortunately, for the second year in a row, I ordered travel packs for an event and the order was forgotten. The staff was apologetic, however; when you have an event there’s no time to wait around. (The reason we order ahead) I know we’re not the only ones who had this issue. I was there once and saw it happen to another event. They might need to look at their order logs to improve them.

🌟 Five-Star Service from the Nameless Wonder and Brooklyn! 🌟

I recently visited Starbucks and had the pleasure of being served by Brooklyn and another barista who didn’t have a name tag—so let’s call her Paige (because that just seems right!). From the moment I walked in, the duo was a burst of energy and positivity, like my morning coffee had already kicked in just by being near them.

Paige (the nameless wonder) was quick with a smile and even quicker with my order, despite her mysterious lack of a name tag. I’m convinced she’s some sort of coffee ninja—she swoops in, takes your order with precision, and before you know it, you’re holding a perfectly crafted cup of joy.

Brooklyn was equally fantastic, ensuring everything was spot on. She had the uncanny ability to know exactly what I needed before I even did—talk about mind-reading barista skills! The two of them together made my Starbucks experience not just a caffeine fix, but a highlight of my day.

So, here’s to Paige (name or no name) and Brooklyn for making mornings brighter and coffee runs worth every sip! I’ll definitely be back for another dose of their awesome service—and of course, for more coffee.
