Unfortunately, for the second year in a row, I ordered travel packs for an event and the order was forgotten. The staff was apologetic, however; when you have an event there’s no time to wait around. (The reason we order ahead) I know we’re not the only ones who had this issue. I was there once and saw it happen to another event. They might need to look at their order logs to improve them.

I recently visited Starbucks and had the pleasure of being served by Brooklyn and another barista who didn’t have a name tag—so let’s call her Paige (because that just seems right!). From the moment I walked in, the duo was a burst of energy and positivity, like my morning coffee had already kicked in just by being near them.
Paige (the nameless wonder) was quick with a smile and even quicker with my order, despite her mysterious lack of a name tag. I’m convinced she’s some sort of coffee ninja—she swoops in, takes your order with precision, and before you know it, you’re holding a perfectly crafted cup of joy.
Brooklyn was equally fantastic, ensuring everything was spot on. She had the uncanny ability to know exactly what I needed before I even did—talk about mind-reading barista skills! The two of them together made my Starbucks experience not just a caffeine fix, but a highlight of my day.
So, here’s to Paige (name or no name) and Brooklyn for making mornings brighter and coffee runs worth every sip! I’ll definitely be back for another dose of their awesome service—and of course, for more coffee.

I love going to Starbucks mainly because of their customer service but not at this location by Vedder/Keith Wilson. I ordered my usual drink, had a sip and my coffee taste stronger than it usually is plus it’s very foamy that it only has 3/4 coffee in it. I waited patiently to be noticed by the one who’s making my coffee as the cashier was busy helping others (she is nice and helpful), but the barista didn’t acknowledge me even though I was so close to her and I kept my eye contact to her just so she will noticed me. If I was at the other fastfood coffee places, I wouldn’t mind but this is Starbucks and that’s one of the reason why I went there and paid more than tims and mcd’s. Won’t come back at this location
