Overall solid spot. The baristas are very friendly and kind to you when ordering. The only negative would be sometimes there is mess ups on orders or the lines take awhile - which is expected with any coffee spot. My recommendation would be to clean up on getting orders more accurate. But where they make mistakes they redeem themselves with in service

Let's be frank and honest here; Starbucks is a good, well-known brand that delivers every time the beverage is asked by the customer. This requires some expertise of each Barista at the coffee shoppe and there was great service at my location. Not always the best coffee.Kid-friendliness: The "Zebra Hot Choccy" is great with kids, half white chocolate half regular hot chocolate.

So I'm not going to lie I'm a Tim Hortons girl, however my daughter loves Starbucks. One thing I can say about Starbucks that has beaten every other place I've ever gone to, is that employees are always the sweetest, most friendly people working customer service. All other places you can see the misery all over their faces, the fact they don't want to be at work, but Starbucks no matter the location I always leave feeling like I was welcome and not there putting them out and making them work. Good job Starbucks you really know how to do it. Kudos ?

Worst time ever staff were rude and condescending after I waited for over 30 minutes only to get my order screwed up twice after returning to get it right the barista still got it wrong my original order was an Americano oat, I have to admit that with this the Vedder location is a hit and miss experience, perhaps it is that they hire too many young people and some aren't very polite while others go above and beyond, since my first review I went back again just through the drive-thru and has been better yet I learned my lesson and don't leave until I had made sure my order is right I'm guessing this is what I need to do each time so I don't have to return over and over again.

Ordered an egg bites and a brewed coffee, they were out pikes place so offered a americano instead. Waited for 20 min, tried to get someone attention to see what was going on. No one would even acknowledge me. Had to go back in line and ask about my order. The gentleman told me it was forgotten. They said it was going to be made right away. I watch several drink come out again and then finally after 25min my brewed coffee was here.Everyone at this location and this time were not friendly or attentive to their jobs. If you have a bunch of time to kill this is the location for you.
