Came to get a drink at 9:15pm as the hours say they close at 9:30pm. However the drive thru had an auto prompt that said they were closed.. so maybe update your hours or maybe check to ensure the staff doesn't close early when they shouldn't.

Dirty washrooms. Uncleaned. Brunette girl at cashier on Oct 11th with nose piercings served me the wrong coffee. I asked for Pike and was served with a very evident dark roast blend. They seemed understaffed; only two staff members working. I was in a hurry and they were understaffed so I didn't get an opportunity to properly express my disatisfaction. Doing so here now.

I ordered a venti drink, expecting a full cup as I paid for the largest size — but what I got was mostly a cup full of ice with barely any actual drink. It’s frustrating and feels like a complete waste of money. Starbucks usually maintains good quality and consistency, but this experience was honestly unacceptable. When customers pay for a venti, they deserve the full drink, not just ice and a few sips of coffee. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures staff measure drinks properly instead of overfilling with ice. I’m really disappointed and won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

This is one of the nicer Starbucks in our city. Very well situated (right by the intersection) off Yale and Airport roads, very clean and beautiful layout inside. It has very good vibe, great music and the staff is very friendly. Nice place to use wifi or just chill on your phone. Lots of space for a relatively smaller Starbucks building. Their drinks and food are same as other Stbx but the ambiance is very nice.

My recent visit to Starbucks was not very pleasant. The wait time for my order was much longer than expected, even though the store wasn’t very busy. Staff seemed disengaged and not very helpful when I asked for assistance. The overall service felt rushed and lacked the usual warmth I associate with Starbucks. While the drinks were fine once I received them, the experience didn’t match the brand’s reputation. I hope the store improves on customer service and efficiency

abbi put her heart and soul into making and presenting my drink, and it absolutely made my day🩷 she created a beautiful and very delicious drink for me and i could’ve cried happy tears being handed this in the drive thru. We love Abbi !!
Although service is usually good, the moment i asked them really nicely to remake my drink because the espresso was burnt (it’s literally no one’s fault, this happens) you’d think they’d be like “oh sorry about that we can remake it for you no problem!” And have the same energy as when you got there. I got a “what size? Just come up” then when they handed me the drink she did not say a word or looked at me just handed me the drink and I asked if she could take the other one back and blaintly said no and walked off. Was just a crappy way to start the day with this kind of behaviour when you’re supposed to be in customer service that’s so strict on flamboyant politeness that Starbucks has been known for.

Why are Starbucks staff continually getting parking tickets? . I'll not be going to this Starbucks anymore while Diamond Parking is patrolling the parking lot.
