1st. Went thru the drive thru n forgot to say half sweet, they had made it by the time I got to the window. They said they would remake it. Took the drink back, handed me the same one with the original sticker on it and it was not half sweet. Bait n switch sort of deal.
2nd. Ordered skip. The drinks were half full. So we paid skip price, tipped, and paid courier fees for half a drink in which were ordered half sweet so then they weren't cause the ratio was wrong.
3rd. Went thru drive thru. Order was unbearably sweet. For some reason it didn't print up on the order tag, half sweet like the printer was broken. Told them the next day and they were like oh. No sorry, no compensation.
Can't wait for the Yale Starbucks to reopen cause this is one of the worst Starbucks I've given my business to.

This is my favourite Starbucks store outside of Metro Vancouver. Everytime i come here, i could see their standards in term of service and cleanliness are always maintain. Keep up the good work!
