Refused a refund after ordering mobile and didnt have the syrup. Lady had attitude because they had to work. 3 customers and 3 baristas and no one was able to help. I suggest writing her up or firing her. No one should ever treat someone that way. She was saying i was being rude but i asked for a refund multiple times and they were refusing. Like give me my money back? Got refunded 2 times due to her incompetence.

I ordered a matcha latte, and paid for whole order. And the cashier do not ask for my name any more. They already lost /DO NOT CARE the connection they supposed to have with customer. She said they will just call out the order. I asked, what if my order is same as the other? And they did not call out my order neither after all. I have to watch my order came out from the table.

They do not provide the cup sleeve for hot drinks anymore. Not just to me, I don't see any other customers with the cup sleeve when they order hot drinks.
I guess Starbucks is not the brand I know anymore. I used to work for Starbucks for my first job. We been trained that we not only there for making coffee, but also build up relationship with customers. Not just the products needs to be differnciate with Tim's ,but also Service! That is why we want call out each customer's name and chat with them.

I’m not one to normally post a review but today I felt it was necessary.
I got a drink today I noticed it did not look correct so I politely went up front to ask if it could please be remade.
I Got well that looks correct. It’s probably the almond milk I said that I have been ordering this drink in this same form for about 10 years now
Another girl pipes in to say well that’s how’s it’s done.
At this point I ask can you please remake the drinks which at this point I am asked to throw the drinks away in the garbage which seemed odd to me.
I did get the new ones which were an improvement and I took them anyways
It’s unfortunate but I will find another Starbucks to deal with next time and to bad as we have being going to this location for a few years now

I am a daily customer of this starbucks but its my last time because i bought two venti size mocha cookie coffee and when i taste there is no flavour no sweetness when i go to the counter the man working in front he talked me very rudely and told no i donot change your coffee i told i daily taste this coffee bug today its not good so i want to change at the last i told to add some mocha syrup on the top and he told to another guy when i see he mix the syrup with same straw or mixer for both coffee as its tasted by another person already so i through it in garbage he even donot told me sorry . He donot even aware about food safety if there is any option to give 0 star definately i put as the front person who takes order is very bad talked rudely. Thanks.

Just had a mocha frappuccino, it was excellent, my doggy loved her pupcup.
This store is usually amazing … to the Sunday supervisor please do your trainees a favour … have in training next to their name tag. The gal that served me thru the drive thru Had made a mistake … I kindly corrected her on the up charge to breve… her attitude and mood changed instantly - which is extremely disappointing. If this gal can not take someone pointing out an error what will happen when she messes someone’s order up and they are irate … customer service is a tough job. Being able to maintain your positive attitude when even errors happen is a skill… that was the point I was trying to make when I called … at no time did I ask for you to terminate her …
So please do this gal a favour and d have in training on her apron.

I visited the location today. I mobile ordered and my iced drink (vanilla sweet cream cold brew) was looking little weird because I took way too long to pick it up, I guess thats why.
Anyways the guy in the glasses was very nice and offered to make the drink again for me. I really really appreciate that, as I just cried in the car before doing the pick up.
Sometimes small gestures actually makes someone’s day. Keep up the good work buddy. 😊😊
