Got a bourbon brisket sandwich, they put 2 slices of brisket on my footlong. Asked if that’s actually how much it gets they said yes. Went to other subway about 2km away and got the same thing and it had 6 slices.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the awesome staff at Subway today. The person who helped me (Dam) was super friendly and really paid attention to how I wanted my sandwich. Everything was fresh and made just right. They were quick, polite, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Thanks for the great service!

It's a subway! If you know subway, you know this restraunt. Open until midnight, and the staff are fairly pleasant. Great for when you want a very large sandwich that tastes mostly of subway bread.

This location is always dirty. I have been to this location many times. On two separate occasions I have had to ask the young male staff to put on new gloves before making my sandwich. The staff said that the reason was that it had been busy to which I replied, that even if it is busy, you still have to maintain food safety standards. I watched the staff move between food handling, use of the cash touch screen and phone, open oven and cooler doors and then back to food handling with the same pair of gloves. There is no point in wearing gloves if you are touching everything non-food and then back to handling food again with the same pair of gloves. The service here isn’t great and the staff can be rude but the food hygiene issue is more of a concern here. On different visits I have observed some staff members more interested in their phone or chatting to people they know, rather than serving customers that are waiting. Sadly this has turned me off of all subways and I have been going to subway for over 30 years. The standards have definitely gone downhill.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The woman working there didn’t say a single word to me during the entire order process — no greeting, no “what would you like?”, nothing. I ordered a bowl, and not only was I not asked if I needed anything else, but she also didn’t offer a spoon or fork with it. When I politely asked for one, she just tossed it in front of me without a word. The lack of basic courtesy and customer service was shocking. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope management addresses this behaviour.
Went there for a couple sandwiches, watched as the workers husband abandoned their child at the restaurant and walk out, then the child proceeded to run around behind the counter not listening and misbehaving all while the father sat in his car in front of the place. This isn't acceptable on any level both dangerous and a health hazard. Date may 27th, time around 2:30-3pm. Husband also verbally attacked customers in the parking lot when he was called out for the abandonment of his YOUNG child.

Just want to give the people working with this particular location a suggestion that they have had to follow the proper procedures for how much product to put in the sandwiches. Everytime while making my sandwich i had to ask them to put little extra because the quantity they were putting was not acceptable. Adding on to that their tandoori spiced sauce was expired and the texture and taste was so bad. Similarly the chesse wasn’t separate and the texture was so bad too. This is not not acceptable bcuz it is directly related to the customers health. They need to work in their service and cleanliness in the store.
