Big shout out to the amazing staff at this location! My friend was in today, he is unable to speak and usually has a lot of trouble when trying to get service etc at other places. He handed the staff a note with his order on it and they were very helpful. They even made his sandwich just the way he likes it!

Worse place . I order 20Times fromDoorDash always ask them toToast and grill my sandwhich every time they forget . I talked to employees personally they said they will take care of this but no same thing is happening .

What a awful place.I never had bad experience in subway restaurants. This is unacceptable in restaurants hospitality.Thats why people don't want to visit in this location & very poor people practice.I just entered inside to buy stuff, people in que & i decided to use washroom first & suddenly employee stopped me for going washroom ? Do I need to proof them that I am going to buy? I have been embarrassed in front of other customers & I will not come back.

So every time I come into this restaurant and I want my bacon double toasted I always get major attitude from the lady working. For some reason she has big issues about double toasting my bacon. tonight when me and my fiance were in there they were both full of attitude just assumed we wanted our stuff a certain way and when we asked for it to have it the way we wanted we got nothing but attitude from both of them. I don't understand why people work in customer service if they're just going to be rude and what because we didn't make our sandwichs the way they wanted us to .

Overtly discriminatory towards my family, management doesn't care. In fact, it would seem like overt nepotism on his part. Raj, seems quite content to hire his family and buddies and not care about customers at all.
Was in there tonight and watched a back and forth with your staff and a customer. Apparently the staff member made a mistake and the customer was willing to take it but wanted the extra cheese for free. Staff said no we will make you another one. 'Karen' was obviously mad about this, she did pay for her order but was quite vocal about how dumb it is to make a new sandwich instead of comping the cheese as it was staff error. I have to agree, what a waste of food. I'm surprised she paid and took it, the customer clearly cares more about waste then your paid staff do.

Placed an order on skip the dishes for pick up at 9:30pm expecting it to take 10-15 minutes. I then got ready and left, when I pulled up to the restaurant I checked to see how much longer and it said to pick up my food in 90 minutes. I'm dead serious. 90 minutes for them to make the sub it said. There was only 2 customers inside and they were sitting at a table eating. So I just went inside and told the young lady my order number and that it was for pickup on Skip. She pulls a bag out from behind her and hands it to me. I take my bag back to the vehicle and open it up to make sure it's correct and my chicken was ice cold, like she just took it out of the freezer and slapped it on my bun. I went back inside and told her, and she said to me "you said you didn't want your bun toasted", obviously toasting a bun and heating up the chicken are two completely different things. I told her this, and then questioned her why it said I had to pickup my order in 90 minutes if my food was just sitting on the counter. She played dumb and gave me a blank stare and said "I don't know" and then pinned the blame on her manager, who wasn't there, for telling her what to do. She ended up remaking my meal, but this experience was awful. They were preparing to give me a chicken breast that had been sitting out on the counter for 90 minutes. It was such a bizarre experience. I will absolutely never go here again and I recommend everyone avoid this location

THE MOST INAPPROPRIATE PLACE TO GO.-1☆This is a horrible place to go and eat. The staff are not friendly. Today my family went to have supper from this place and they suddenly closed the toilet and blocked the way. My daughter just 5yrs old wanted to use the toilet but they said the toilet is closed at 8pm, We asked them at 8.04pm. I asked them what should we do when a toddler want to use the toilet when she cannot hold. Adults could hold for a while, but toddlers cannot. When I asked them to open it for my daughter, he started saying he could not open it for us. Because the "MANAGER RAJ" have told them to close the toilet at 8 pm when the store is kept open until 12 am. This place is running by idiots and the staff started yelling at me, saying we cannot change the rule. I do not suggest this place for others. And would like to give -1☆. Not at all a friendly atmosphere, and the desktop was not clean as well. I had to clean mine before sitting. It's written at the front door itself that ONLY CUSTOMERS CAN USE THE TOILET. But we were denied for that.
got food poisoning from this chicken teriyaki and the young girl who was making our four sandwiches was incredibly rude the whole time we asked for things that needed extra charges and she made it seem like such an inconvenience even though it is her job to make the sandwiches as the customer
