Did a mobile order for the first time. Asked for extra pickles + olives, both on the form + in comments. I got maybe 5 pickles. I’m not impressed!! Price increases and they get stingier with toppings, won’t be back if this is how they do their orders…why bother having an option of amount if they don’t listen anyways???

When I went in it was very clean and I was the only one in line, unfortunately it took far too long for one of the 3 people working to help me. One guy was on his phone texting! I got home & my sub was delicious but I doubt I will go there again.

So this establishment has 0 washroom for weeks now ? How is that aloud it's literally against code there pop machine is down constantly. Having no washroom to wash ur hands while serving food is disgusting and I wouldn't be surprised if this location is br along food code laws ! Do better for it customers since we paying 18 bucks for a sub now a days

I love subway, and the woman who works here is great. But their regular male worker is absolutely not up to standard. He puts no effort into making the sandwiches efficiently, it took him over 30 minutes to make four sandwiches. He does not wear his gloves in a sanitary way. He never gives the correct portions (not enough, too much, poorly spaced out over the sandwich, and often leaves entire rounds of onion on the sandwich). He also never gives napkins in the bag. I’m never one to say that someone should be fired from a minimum wage job but please at least review this man’s training or put another employee on his shifts.

I usually have no problems love the people and everything but every time I order with uber I get 1 cookie I order a meal I know the meals come with two cookies they always have I paid for two cookies i wanted my two damn cookies :,(

honestly used to be my fav subway but getting a 6 inch isn’t a 6 inch it’s a 4 inch and everytime i go they never have gloves on never can understand me and never wearing hairnets on head and beard. very unsanitary. not even a hat. please start wearing them especially the gloves are a big deal and not enough staff members.

This morning, I went to get two subway sandwiches, and three, cream of broccoli soup’s the , the women, who was making, the food was rude, when I asked her to. Put Broccoli' pieces, into soup bowl, I she looked at me, aggressive, and said that she already did, I thought she might throw something on me, seriously, after I paid for everything, I asked for napkins, she just threw them, in to my bag, please. Horrible service. She was ready to fight me, am wondering why, am done, going to this place. When i opened my soup, there was no broccoli, my kids, and i had just a milky soup.
Unsanitary, flies walking all over the food where all the open containers sit. One fly landed on my daughter’s piece of bread as the worker was making it. She requested a new piece to where he gave her a look of inconvenience, but still changed it.
Worker seemed like he doesn’t like his job and was not welcoming as well.
