This location has become a complete disappointment. The two girls working the morning of July 9th, 2025 are rude, uneducated and don’t know how to make a sandwich or a rice bowl. Talking their language and ignoring customers. My order was terrible…sandwiches were half empty and the rice bowl was pretty much 1/3 full. I’d appreciate someone that can make a sandwich at a sandwich place. If you aren’t willing to try to communicate with people with a little customer service then I don’t know what else to say.

I’ll never go back. I’d rather eat dirt than go back and pay for something soo terrible.

The main issue was the rude behavior of the employee working during my visit. From the moment I walked in, their attitude was unwelcoming and dismissive. I was trying to explain my order clearly, but they kept cutting me off, seemed irritated, and acted like I was a nuisance. There was no greeting, no courtesy — just plain rudeness.

When I asked for a simple change to my sandwich, they rolled their eyes and sighed loudly. I felt completely disrespected as a customer. No one deserves to be treated that way, especially not when you’re paying for a service.

On top of that, the sandwich was poorly made, and the ingredients didn’t seem fresh. The overall environment was also not clean — tables had crumbs, and the floor was sticky.

This experience left a very bad impression. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I hope the management addresses the issue with staff training on basic customer service and respect.

We ordered 6 subs for dinner, 3 of them were wrong. Fine, mistakes happened, but when I called the guy insisted he made them right and when I said I would be coming back for them to be fixed he said they were too busy. It was horrible customer service! We go there often but will not be returning to this location.

Are there truly no good locations anymore? For the prices were paying I expect much better.
Staff struggles to listen and prepare sandwiches. Asked for a veggie sub and somehow that translated to tuna? When I tried to correct them they got frustrated with me.
Maybe also try to keep the bread and veggies fresh? Bread tasted days old and the veggies weren't much better.

I would strongly suggest that if you are thinking about ordering food from this establishment, to think twice. I picked up an order that I was strongly dissatisfied with and made a formal complaint the next day about the food quality. I recieved an email (from who I can only assume was the owner) informing me to bring back the half eaten food, that I had disposed of, in order to recieve a credit. The food had been tossed away and when I responded informing the author of the email that it wouldn't be possible to do so as the food was sitting in a green bin with rotting fish and other contaminants, I was met with someone who ghosted my response like a Tinder hookup that went negatively. So in short, if you decide to order from this location or any other location owned by "Rob" be assured, that customer satisfaction is not at the top of this individuals priorities and that risking the health of other customers is not an issue for them as I believe bringing rotting food into a restaurant and plopping it into the counter that everyone else recieves food through is just a ridiculous health and safety issue. Order your food wisely and order from places that prioritizes your health and wellness above profits and doesn't monkey you around when it comes to making a terrible experience a better one when given the opportunity. Dont risk it, go elsewhere.

I am a frequent subway go-er, and this is one of the top 3 subways on my "chilliwack subway" list. I find it to be speedy and fresh, and 9 out of 10 times, the staff is friendly and tentative. The floors and tables are genuinely clean and functional with no broken seats/chair legs or large messes.
The past few visits, I've noticed the fountain drink machine continues to be out of Pepsi and Mountain Dew but functions well otherwise.
In terms of service, they always are responsive to any requests - including my boyfriends severe dairy allergy. They change their gloves and complete his sandwich before starting mine (I have to ask them to do this every time, but they never argue or show any kind of ignorance in doing so - always friendly and smiling.)
I've only experienced poor service once - which came down to my sandwich bread being burnt previous to being toasted, I asked for new bread, the woman behind the glass made eye contact but failed to get new bread and carried on. Being in a hurry and realistically not that picky, I opted to let it go and carry on with the order myself (crispy bread is not the worst). She continued to struggle in giving me the requested extra pickles and banana peppers but after saying "more pickles please", "more banana peppers please" several times, I finally got to the desired amount. All in all, not the worst service I've encountered at a subway. I've seen the crew of 2 or 3 workers move thru a line of 10 plus people smoothly, tentatively, respectfully, quickly and without any large sighs or panic amongst them.
Lastly, in terms of ingredients - they seem to always be well stocked, fresh ham, lettuce that's not soggy, tomatoes that aren't squished/overly runny, crunchy cucumbers and the staff is typically never chincy on quantity.

Definetly one of my top 3 subway stops in Chilliwack!

Dietary restrictions: Never had any struggles ensuring the safety of my boyfriends dairy allergy

Parking: Located in a strip mall - lots of frontage parking as well as parking lot style parking. Both free

Kid-friendliness: Have brought kids in first hand. Staff is always friendly

Wheelchair accessibility: Large pathway between tables & ordering area - more booths then tables tho.

I went there for brunch. Such a wonderful staff working there. Will be going this location everyday now. Jap and Raj were awesome in their service. Went above and beyond to fulfill my needs for sandwiches. Thanks for lovely sandwiches ladies.

I ordered by mistake on this restaurant. I called them on same second. Told the guy to not make it because I chose wrong city to order, I live in mission he said he will do something and he hung up on me and started making my order and said there is nothing he can do. When I went to another store and they said. It was possible to cancel the order.
