Ordered 140$ worth of sushi, took it home, no wasabi or ginger. No problem, I call let them know, they make a package and ask me to come pick it up. No problem. I get home and choke on a unagi bone. Good lord, I'm done
Ordered pickup, the two salmon maki I got were incredibly dry. Probably a day old and the amount of salmon was tiny. California roll was also dry. The house role was good but overpriced for what you get. Wouldn’t go back.
Never have I had a bad experience with this restaurant, sushi is always fresh and tastes amazing
I’m not a review writer by any means, so this is unusual for me, however I felt inclined to. I’ve never been to the restaurant in person so I can’t speak to service etc, only done take out so I can’t speak to anything but the food and price. I do have to say that we probably won’t be ordering from here again. The sushi is decent, better than I could make myself so I won’t complain about that, however, the size of the roles are very small for the price. I’m basing this off the other sushi places in Chilliwack we often order from. Our order was $75, the spicy tuna rolls are about 3/4 the size of all other places, but the same price. I ordered a beef roll, which is 10 bucks, and considered a large roll, and I’ve attached a photo of the size of the pieces. 6 pieces this size for 10 bucks. I ordered this roll from others and given it’s a beef roll you usually get some bang for your buck. But this order was shockingly small. Ordered for 4 and pretty sure the total amount of food was about what I would order for myself. We’ve had this with them a few times and we’ve tried them a few times to give them another chance, but I honestly feel like I just gave my money away. If the rolls were outrageously good, I would understand the price for the size, but given the sushi is pretty average, and I would hope to get some more for my money. Again, I have no skin in the game, but when you compare the size of the rolls and quality to Gon Sushi, it’s apples to oranges. That being said, if other restaurants can give you at least some bang for your buck, I would think these guys can too. Alright, that’s all, just figured I’d give others some input should they be looking for some info.
We ordered sushi there today, the rice was old, and hard, almost like store bought sushi you left in the fridge overnight. The rolls kept falling apart. It was a fantastic place years ago, it has gone downhill since!
Love this place!
The only Black dragon I can eat...unfortunately, I cannot eat raw, but this Roll was fully cooked & the best! Wish the sushi restaurants in Alberta would make the same

I don’t leave many reviews, it has to be a really good experience or a really bad. This will be the last time I ever go to this restaurant as they clearly don’t need peoples business. Arriving at 6 pm 2 hours before close and with no diners even there, Me and my wife were advised they were too busy to serve any more customers.

Ordered California roll miso soup and chicken don. The sushi rice was so bland. Honestly it tastes like nothing. And the chicken don looks so sad and so less in portion.

Great in-town views, food is delicious, portion sizes are perfect, service is dialled and exactly what you want. Even the prices are fair. Also, the largest cuts of Toro Nigiri I’ve seen. A gem of Japanese cuisine in the Fraser Valley.
