Twice in the last two days I have attempted to place an order for delivery at your website well before your advertised 10 pm closing time. Both times I was told your location was closed. I called your location and the staff person who answered (so you WERE open at the time) referred me to customer service. They took my order, then informed me your location was closed! Have you ever experienced a runaround? Very frustrating!

Always well taken care of there, sadly the Swiss Chalet H/O is shutting this location down (like they did in Abbotsford) for good this weekend.

As soon as we walked in, sign told us to wait to be seated. We waited for several minutes and no one came to escort us into the dining room. We seated ourselves and took our own menus. We waited several minutes for a server to take our order. Finally a server came and took the order. We placed our entree orders and when they came, we had to ask for cutlery, as there was none on the table. My cutlery (fork) was bent and the napkin that it came in was shredded at the top. I ordered 1/3 rib and chicken combo and I did not get a knife to cut the ribs. I had to ask for finger bowls when done. The dining room was not busy, there were approximately 10-12 people in the whole room. I was shocked when cheese was extra for my partners burger as well as bacon? Since when? For lacklustre service the prices were high. chicken was dry but ribs fine. Burger was undercooked. Extremely disappointed today, for usually one of my fav chicken places. Oh, by the way, since when are flies a part of the decor in the winter?

Walked in the door, waited in the seating area. Nobody came. Service was slow food was cold. How hard is it to make fresh fries? This place makes McDonalds look good.

Got here at opening. Food was fresh and fast! Service was great! Was super excited to come here during our vacation since our local Swiss chalet is being renoed

I have come here a few times. All I ask is that I get served a hot dinner. We just had to send our meals back because they were like warm. This is really beginning to tick me off. Swiss chalet seems to have waitresses apologize. However something is wrong when this as happened a few times

Slower service and not that busy. All 4 meals delivered had something wrong compared to what was ordered. was corrected promptly. Food was good.

The worst food and service I have experienced in a long time. I ordered the Rotisserie Beef Kaiser. When I got it I was missing the Aus Jus. Had to wait for the waitress. In the meantime my meal was getting cold. The waitress came I asked for the Aus Jus. A few minutes later I ask where is it. She tells me they have to heat it up. By the time I get it my meal is stone cold. I ask to have it reheated. They finally send me another and it is half cooked. A cold slab of Swiss cheese on top. Yuck! By this time my friends have almost eaten their meals. I send it back a second time and say I don't want it. My friend was never offered a refill on coffee, nor were they asked how their meal was. Poor service! Busy or not customers are important. I ask where the manager is and I am told they are busy. We then ask for our bill. They were going to charge me for my dinner, I said no way as I didn't eat it. I was still charged for my drink of pop. I paid for the drink and asked again for a manager and was told they are busy. I will never return to Swiss Chalet in Chilliwack. The service was bad and in need of of some customer service as far as management.
I ordered the hot chicken sandwich with fries and garlic green beans . I can't emphasize how good it was ! Huge portion, served hot , great experience.

It almost seems silly to review a Swiss Chalet... I ALWAYS love Swiss Chalet... but, let's face it, they can have off days. Not today. Food was hot, fresh, and yummy. Lunch campanion's review of the parm fries - Fantastic. He ordered an extra plate of them
