This is the most incompetent restaurant I’ve ever witnessed. The service is rude and slow, they WILL f up your order every time, and the card reader prompts for a 15-20% tip which feels like a slap in the face considering. You’ll be ignored at the counter no matter how busy it is. I’ve never seen more than 3 people working there, with a lineup to the door. I’ve seen staff on break sleeping at tables which is a depressing sight. They allow homeless to loiter at tables without purchasing anything and disrupting paying customers with large bags of recyclables and smoke smell. Hard to find a table clean enough to sit at, im convinced they don’t bother to wipe them.
The food itself is almost inedible. I thought they forgot the protein and cheese in all my items but there was just so little of each, it tasted like straight tortilla. $5 for a tiny pathetic taco with warm lettuce for filling is insulting.
I they have no music playing in the restaurant and it feels like a hospital waiting room.
PLEASE stop going here, people! The reason it stays open and keeps getting worse is because it continues to line the owners pockets. It will not fill the Taco Bell craving void, it will only make you disappoint you in every way and then suggest you leave a tip.

Diabolically slow wait times, sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for a couple taco's. This fast food establishment is incredibly run down. It feels like you're picking up a back alley prostitute while in the drive thru. Food was mid. Would eat again though.

The workers are so incredibly rude they mess up my order EVERY TIME and don't even make things correctly. I just got home to find my fries supreme that I already had to exchange because they gave me regular fries then were rude about fixing my order, and it has melted cheese on it instead of the regular cheese sauce and was not told this or why. THIS STORE IS HORRENDOUS. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else.

Rude staff, they actively ignore customers waiting at the counter while they chit chat in the back in plain sight. They somehow always get one item wrong, not sure if they just don't know how to make it but it's completely the wrong item. Drive through is always a SUPER long wait, going inside usually isn't any quicker.
I will say that the items that were correct this time weren't bad, but it's still the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to and Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant.
i only come here when the taco bell craving hits rly bad but i drove to the window (the sign said drive thru sensor doesn’t work) and waited for 10 minutes no one checked!! i yelled excuse me a couple times and even tapped my horn but nothing… went inside and the staff was kind of mean and were out of everything i wanted 😭😭 nothing personal against the employees but taco bell needs to step it up plzzz it’s so disappointing

This location drive through sensor isn’t working and has a sign that says pull forward and order…. So I did and the attendant said you didn’t wait one minute at the sign. I said it says to pull forward on a paper and she said well sometimes it works and is arguing with me about I don’t know why I’m at the window ready to order. I ended up just driving off. Fix your sensor or train your staff to work with your customers politely when your equipment is down.
