I always go thru the drive-thru, but they are fresh and quick. The only thing that really needs to get better is the boxes for the Supreme fries. They ALWAYS get squished and end up with half the sauces stuck to the lid or spilled out the bag.

It's a fast food place, and I always use the drive thru so I can't comment on in restaurant service. Worst thing about the place is its terminally understaffed, so be prepared to wait. And wait. Also, I think the intercom system is as old as I am (I think it might have been purchased at an old 60s drive-in! ? But it is a combo KFC location and the only Taco Bell in town... so what are you going to do?

Well here's the thing with this place. I think the reason why food wait times take so long is because they are both tackling the entirety of the KFC menu alongside the Taco Bell menu in one restaurant. During my visit tables were being cleaned but I think there were other places in the restaurant that desperately needed attention like the windows and floors. To give this place slack it's stayed exactly the same since 2005 when it opened so things are inevitably going...
