Pretty mediocre food and really slow service. Prices are the same as in Vancouver restaurants.
Waited 35 minutes for my $18.50 Benny — and there were only five tables, four of them empty.
The potatoes tasted like they’d been boiled a couple of days ago, and for that price it was just the muffin, egg, sauce, and ham — nothing else. Usually you get a little tomato, avocado, or some garnish, but this was basic roadside café food that should cost half the price.
Maybe it’s just the high rent in Garrison that makes places like this charge big-city brunch prices.

Excellent first experience here! The breakfast was amazing, one of the best Bennys I’ve had in a while, I was craving farmers sausage and it hit the spot, big portions as well.
Will be returning for sure.

Great little cafe, been many times. Food is consistently good and delivered as seen in the menu. Staff are kind and quiet, atmosphere is that of a little quaint breakfast cafe. Prices are great.

A true hidden gem! This small place serves simple clean meals. I ordered the crispy chicken rice bowl, steamed broccoli, rice and breaded chicken with a side sauce. Exceptionally tasting food.
I highly recommend this off-the-path place for a relaxing and freshly cook meal.

Ordered bubble tea today. Both Mango and Milk Tea options were very good. Staff are very nice.

You know, I had always liked Tamihi Cafe, but I've found the quality of the food has gone down in the last couple months and they raised their prices without improving the quality of their food (in fact it went down, so did they change staff???). This used to be my favourite place to go, but I can't even afford it anymore with their crazy hiked up prices. #nolongerworthit

In the nearly two years that my husband and I have lived in Chilliwack, we have ordered from Tamihi on door dash for breakfast occasionally as a little treat. Today we went to do the same and found that the prices of everything have increased exponentially. What I could once get for less than 15 dollars I can now only get for more than 20. It is sad to see the costs of everything continue to increase and the customers in the lower income bracket to be priced out of a meal out. I guess we will no longer be ordering from Tamihi for our special occasions and that makes me sad. Great food, but definitely no longer in the 10-20 range now in the 20-30.

I usually get the daybreaker but not only has it changed in the past few months, it went up 4 dollars for no reason. They went from being the most affordable cafe in Chilliwack to heing right up there with the expensive ones.

An absolute hidden gem. Genuine and family run Asian vibe, charming yet simple decor with movie posters and mirrors, spotless and beautiful washrooms, not many tables but cozy.
The Asian lady heartily welcomed me and offered a huge cup of excellent tea.
The breakfast plate was very large and absolute perfection, the omelette was large and delicious, panfried potatoes just right, brown toast just the way I wanted it.
Very different from Hideaway and level up in quality. Beautiful energy. No over serving but genuinely attentive. I will definitely go there again many times.
