The Marry Me Chicken Sandwich. TRY…IT! First time there and I took the waitress recommendation(great service by the way). I was not disappointed. It is a massive portion and the Truffle Frites are to die for. All in all a great experience! The patio is a little loud but that’s a given considering it’s on the corner of a busy intersection.

Fell in love with this restaurant. Delicious food and generous portions. The schnitzel was perfect and the beef ragoux was phenomenal.
Not to mention one of the prettiest restaurants i've been in. Amazing service and decor. Kid / baby friendly as well. Accessible washrooms.

Portions
menu looks expensive and as a client, we expect not only a good portion, but also a good service when requesting those meals..
My wife selected the lamb and I selected the steak.
i. My wife requested instead of the mushed potatoes to have seasonal veggies, but when she received the plate, the vegetable sizing was very poor… Because of this, my wife had to ask for additional veggies, and the server didn’t explain that it will cost additional, nor that why the sizing was so poor.
ii. In addition, the substitution was charged, which upset me, as in any other high end restaurants, those substitutions are not charged.. Nevertheless the server didn’t mention that the substitution will be charged, when she first got our order.
iii. My case was different. I ordered a steak, and I received “steak frites”. My expectation was to receive a steak not the “frites”, which disappointed me, as I didn’t know what “steak” was serving me, and for the amount served look way overpriced.
iv. Also, both meals came mostly cool, letting me wonder if the meals had been seating in the kitchen for a while.
v. When asking the server, she always replied with a “sorry guys” but not trying to “fix” the issue, or look for a solution to it.
Ambiance
i. The patio, where we sat, looked very overcrowded, at a point that we couldn’t move and needed to ask other patrons to move in order for us to seat… Therefore, there is no much or very little privacy there.
Service in general
I know servers live out of tips… Not leaving a tip would have been unfair to the server, however, service was not up to the task, and looked very “informal”..

The portion size was small, and the quality was a bit disappointing. The vegetables weren't very fresh, and the parts that should have been crispy were a little soggy. For example, the soft-shell crab in my Eggs Benedict was completely mushy and lacked any crispiness. I also felt they were too stingy with the truffle on the truffle fries, especially for the $4 extra charge.

Honestly, the first thing that comes to mind when I think of that restaurant is the flies. I saw about two of them flying and lingering near our table. It was particularly memorable because we were paying around $40 per person for brunch with flies in the air.

Service 4/5 Stars
The service was good. It wasn't exceptional, but it was definitely a little better than average.

Went for brunch on a Sunday. It surprisingly wasn’t very busy considering it was a weekend, and the day before Labour Day. However, it took very long to get our food. We were so hangry by the time our food arrived, I honestly don’t think I enjoyed the food as much as I could’ve. It ruined the whole dining experience for us, unfortunately.

Truly awful experience. Firstly, the restuarant was completely empty with only a handful of groups or individuals eating. I would say that around 70% of the seats weren't filled, which was weird since we came because of the five star reviews.
We came around 6:30pm and ordered at 6:40pm, but we got our food an hour later. The servers seemed messy and the cooks were inconsistent with the food that they were bringing.
They kept giving us 7 plates and 7 forks and knives, even if we had 8 people in the group. When I asked for 1 more set, the server never apologized and just seemed annoyed that one of us didn't have any utensils to eat. And also the plates had mismatched sizes, so it all seemed very disorganized and unprepared.
The macaroni was alright, but the pesto pasta was sour and bitter, and the duck was salty and hard to swallow.
When one of our members addressed the poor service, the servers said that one of the other servers just couldn't make it. Even if it wasn't their faults, they could've always mentioned it before they took our orders that the time of getting the food may be delayed, ect. Then we would've 100% sympathized and understanded. But the communication was poor, and it ended up being an hour long wait.
The servers switched midway, and they both were unapologetic and seemed very annoyed with us that we were just waiting for our food. We also believe that its justified to be frustrated when we had to wait almost an hour.
And we got no discount or anything, and we just left without tipping. It was my first time in the area, and it was a disappointing experience.

Did not go well 2nd time here,15 min to take drink order another 15 or more to get drinks ,
Ordered food when drinks arrived 50 min later no food canceled our order( three of us ).
In the mean time I look into the kitchen the waitress and cook are discussing the hair in the food pulls it out as they both examine it ,does not pull the burger of the shelf replaces the top bun .(not sure what ever happend to it ! )
Then the other waitress drop the go home box on the floor picks it up and delivers it to the table for the Customers to put the food in .
This place needs a food handling refresher ,and better Customer timing.

The food was good, but for some reason we waited forever to get our food. Unfortunately a significantly long wait ruins the dining experience. I also used the bathroom and was disappointed as the bathroom was out of TP and wasn't as clean as I expected for the quality the restaurant wishes to portray. I feel that this likely isn't the normal level of service for the business.

We had the opportunity to visit this bistro a few days ago. The food and service were outstanding. The ambience was very European and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this bistro and will return.

While the service is pretty good The only good meal that I’ve had there so far was the pierogi so I decided to try the bacon Benny today only to be very disappointed since the hollandaise sauce just tasted like lemon juice was thrown on top of the egg and I should’ve asked what kind of bun or whatever the egg would be on because I personally like a classic Benny with an English muffin rather than a hard hash brown that’s hard to cut through with a tiny knife they gave us and my fiancé although he asked for it over easy he got medium eggs, and and was only given 1/3 of the farmers sausage sausage. Not to mention their bathroom soap holder is from a sauce bottle. Probably won’t be going here again unless it’s for the pierogi. Please if you’re gonna make hollandaise sauce just use the sauce packets you can buy at the supermarket because those taste 1000 times better. I really appreciate the servers though! But chefs, step up your game cause eggs benny shouldn’t be that tart. Felt like a waste of $60 should’ve went to the uptown Grill instead
