After getting a cappuccino at the other Tim Hortons here in Chilliwack didn’t have any coffee inside at all, I thought I’d try another branch only to discover no chicken in the chicken noodle soup, waste of money again!!

They have less people to work during busy slots. Always a long wait here. Also whenever I go, the bakery items are always stale. Also request the franchise owner, please bring the iced protein latte that other tim Hortons already launched.

My fiancée went in to the main dining area and it was pretty disgusting how they let 3 or 4 big dogs in to the restaurant with no paper work saying they are service dogs. The dogs peed all over the dining area. My fiancée told the manager and the manager said not his job to care. The manager was racist towards my fiancée and also wasn't supposed to be training 15 people all at once on one till with 40 so or more customers coming in and out in a day. The manager has no right to be racist to any skin color. That comes in there. Also the manager needs to respect other customers and have a no big dogs policy on their doors and also have a sign saying only service dogs allowed and have to be trained to not pee in a restaurant.

We have just waited 30 mins for an order that we would be told would be 3 mins. We wanted a egg and bacon breakfast muffin and but. They burnt it three times . So no one there out of 11 staff knows how to cook. Never go here again.
