A dying brand. Used to go every day. Now maybe once every 6 months or so. Update: Oh my word, contacted the customer care team. After 8 emails I asked them to no longer contact me. They said they put 400 points on my card? I don't shop there and don't have a card? Unbelievable what has happened to Tim Hortons and I will openly and actively continue to discourage Canadians from supporting this brand. What a shame.

I waited in an empty restaurant for well over 5 minutes watching the worker on the drive through complete multiple orders. The worker in the back ignored me, I know she saw me! She just didn’t come out and help me.

The lady sukh was really rude to me while ordering at the drive thru. When asked to speak with the manager, ramzy he sided with her. Repeating my order several times she rudely said WHAT and then continued at the window to be very rude. And not having any a customer service skills. I am going to take this one step further.And contact the district manager.
