I'd hoped this would be a one time experience, but after a few weeks it seems to be every single morning. You can't finish saying your order without being cut off and asked "ANYTHING ELSE?" every time you speak. Being forced to repeat your order so they can get any additions they interrupted, even then it's usually always wrong. Asking for a bagel with butter and getting no butter at all on a soggy bagel, or cream cheese that you didn't ask for, that isn't spread and is still freezing cold. Soup that looks and tastes like it's been sitting at lukewarm temperature all day.
I understand wanting to be fast, but you're losing quality while trying to be efficient and failing at it.

Every once and a while I like to treat myself to an ice capp and this location just happens to be on my way to school. Everytime I get an ice capp from this Tim’s it is sour and very unmixed. I am very upset with this as it is my money and the drink is in consumable due to the taste. Though everything is generally ready quickly as well as warm in terms of food and hot drinks.

My breakfast sandwich top was upside down couldn’t change it around because of cheese. Egg was rubber and black.Hash brown was hard and dry. I’m not eat food there again only a coffee

Ordered a refill iced capp because I like to be environmentally friendly. They said they don't have the discount option on their till so I didn't save money, and when I asked I was told they don't use the multitools to save single-use cups when there was a container of them right in front of the iced capp machine. Didn't get the financial or environmental benefit, might as well not be an advertised product. Don't get me wrong, the staff were lovely and the food and drink tasted great and great speed of service, the whole thing. I just don't like corporations making environmental promises in advertisements and then not delivering.
