I thought they improved them self but still they don’t know how to take orders and argue with customer that his fault to came to this location. But they are really good in gossip. They close before closing time don’t waste your money and time.

Almost every time orders completely wrong. Today asked for steak breaky samich a d 2 boston creme got 1 boston 1 choco glazed and bacon not steak. They confirmed even its so often ive decided too post and i wont go too this one again.

Blood all over the walls in the bathrooms, very unsanitary restaurant, it's a hot spot for drug addicts as they allow them to do whatever they want there apparently.

I ordered bagel with philosophy cream and it’s delicious. The store inside is clean. Mobile order is taking a while. I think they only make food when you show up so the food is fresh. Better experience than other Tim Hortons. Would recommend.

I'm quite disappointed with my moblie order, showed up 10 mins after placing to find out it hasn't been started. Stood for a few to find out it was never made. I was asked if I was waiting for an order asked for my moblie #, they couldn't find it. Asked me what I ordered, found it eventually in the computer. I was waiting for 3 drinks. Got 2, then got asked if there was something else. I just don't understand, like I'm sorry ordered. Totally rude, no tray, croissant seems to be the only thing they did that was rock hard. And since when did you make them half the size? I'll try another Tim's. Just loads of disappointment like why would I spend 15$ when I should have just gone somewhere else...I should have known by the first experience I had, and should have stayed away.

Got rude service and genuinely not a single item I ordered was right. Ordered a beyond sausage bagel sandwich meal with a steep tea. Got an egg and cheese biscuit (burnt also), and a coffee with no hashbrown?? Boyfriend got a bacon farmers wrap with no bacon. We even went back and they gave us a dry bagel (still no beyond meat or anything on it, not even butter) but were so rude and clearly didn’t care about making sure we got what we paid for. We had to leave for work and don’t have time to go inside for a 3rd time but this is just stupid.
