Then must need a real manager someone who knows how to actually order the right and proper amounts but I've been here about 10 times and they never have donuts I mean they are a donut place right and don't get me wrong I've been going to Tim Hortons for decades and when the used to make donuts in house it was never a problem and I'm in British Columbia and now the donuts are made in Winnipeg then frozen the thawed here no wonder that Timmy's is such a huge fail not to mention that the donuts have shrunken they're like have the size they used to be sooooo sad...!!!

Went through the drive thru this morning and I got a 50 back of timbits there was no glaze on any of the timbits that came in the box. They were dry and tasted like they were a day or two old! Very disappointed at this store! What has happened to Tim Hortons, it was a great store to go to and visit. This is so disappointing!

Yesterday I went to this Tim Hortons and ordered at the front. Mechaela was handling drive-thru orders but still took my order with a smile. She was super nice and fast even though she was busy. Really appreciate her great service! Coffee was fresh and the staff were all friendly.

Not only were they patient with us, but they were also polite, kind, and always had smiles on their faces. They took care of my food accommodations and perfected my order. The morning shift supervisor is very ignorant. She repeatedly gets orders wrong and has a bad attitude. This morning she mad a comment about me to the boy working the window then he preceeding to be rude and not finish passing my order while trying to express my concerns with the supervisor and tried closing the door without doing so. I think both situations should be looked in to. I will be calling the restaurant as well. Very unacceptable.
