This place is disappointing.

Most of the staff is incompetent.

We have 6 people standing by the drive thru windows doing nothing.

Food took 10 mins with excuse of making fresh eggs. We visited just 15 past 10am.

Skip the dishes was prioritized over customers who visited the store.
One other customer waited for 15 mins for an order of the loaded box breakfast.

Only 1 lady speaks English.

Food was cold. When informed about it, they acted confused and when they finally understood, threw our food in the microwave and just heated it up.

Hire more competent employees.

It was even busy and the wait time is absurd.

Won't recommend visiting this place.

I only got coffee's this time , but the girls were awesome and coffee was good too. Also very clean inside. Wedges are hard as a rock container less than half full. They should've said they didn't have any.
Also asked for 4 servings, only got 1 said hey I ordered 4 altogether.
Lady says only 1 serving was left.

The place had barely any people yet my family waited 15 minutes for 3 drinks and timbits. After 13 minutes, our drinks were finally getting made and it only took a total of 4 minutes. Our name and items weren’t even called, they were just quietly placed on the pickup counter. The employees weren’t rude, but the service was just very inefficient and slow, given that we were also the first in line to wait.

I've received an ice latte with spoiled chunky milk, my wraps are always folded, never actually wrapped, and they rush you through the drive through. Poor establishment

Feels like they stuck a bunch of people who dont speak english or know how to run the place in uniforms. Service is always terrible and the people who actually go in get heavily neglected due to them only focusing on the drive thru

We just dine here (Tim Horton’s Eagle Landing, Chilliwack) few hours ago while waiting for my appointment and ordered a drinks and SUPREME STACK. This is what they serve us. Please see attached image.

We asked the Lady at the counter if it suppose to have bacon on it but she said “No just steak(3 thin slices) and sauce”) then we waited for it to flash on their screen and we saw it should have some stuffs on it (bacon, Cheese, caramelized onion..)

I went to the counter and showed it to the Lady and told her politely “sorry we don’t want to sound rude but this is unacceptable.” To my surprise she replied “yah. but it has sauce on it.” Smh..

She kept coming with words and decided that she will replace it. To be fair, I will attach the picture of the supreme stack that served as replacement.
I honestly want to let it slide if it was an honest mistake and we are not that kind of who complaint but this one is unacceptable we asked her and showed it twice and still making us look stupid. Please do better.

Owners Invest and Trust their employees for their business hope they reciprocate that.

Went through the drive thru last weekend with my husband, the lady who took our order was the nicest person I have gotten to interact with at a tim hortons drive thru in a very long time. She made my day with how kind she was!

I’m working nearby in a restaurant. Unfortunately sometimes I’ve to go to this Tim Hortons to grab a coffee and each and every time I’ve gone there came back disappointed.
Today it took 20 minutes for them to give me a coffee and a breakfast wrap. Not only me 7-8 people were waiting there.
We order through the machine thing and the people working there just ignore the line.
All of them focus on drive through only.
Major disappointment all the time that’s why I’m leaving review today. DO BETTER!

I just wanted to share how much I appreciate the consistency and comfort that Tim Hortons provides. Whether it’s grabbing a chamomile tea to help settle my day or finding a quiet spot to sit and reset, Tim Hortons always feels welcoming.

The staff are usually kind and efficient, even when things are busy. I recently spent a few hours at a location in Chilliwack, and it gave me exactly the calm atmosphere I needed to catch my breath and reflect. Thank you for offering a space where people can recharge — both with good food and peaceful surroundings.
