Repeatedly this Tim's has been the worst Tim's experienced. We used to stop regularly when in the area but try to avoid it most of the time now. From indifferent servers showing little interest in serving, to empty donut shelves abd washrooms wit empty dispesers do not expect to find what you're looking for. Worst of all is the quality. Recently we ordered hot chocolate - what a waste of hot water! The drink was so watered down it had no flavour and only a transluscent colour. So disappointing. I would give this Tim's a lower score but cannot find the negative sign. The physical atmosphere does look like your typical Tim's but that's all.

RJay and Tia on drive through are very fast and accurate with orders.
Ordered breakfast, bagel and latte... took over 15 minutes. Paid in cash and was told if I wanted my change I needed to order more because they didnt have any change. Not the first time having issues at this one.
