Ordered some drinks from here, specifically the mango quencher. I waited ten minutes then went into the time Hortons only to find the entire staff laughing and joking, taking orders from people and just having them sit in the parking. Do better tim Hortons!

The worst drive through in Chilliwack. There's no way out if the line up is long and the service is slow. Always takes at least 15mins to get your order. Today was exceptionally bad! Only 2 people working and we were stuck for 30 mins!!!! If you only have 2 staff, don't open the drive through!! Never coming here again.(Update: it's been a year since I have visited this place and it has not improved at all! There was no line up in the drive thru at least, ordered a crispy chicken wrap, and proceeded to wait... and wait... and wait... was told to pull over and wait... 7 mins later I went inside and was told I have to wait another 10mins for the chicken to cook. Wait. What!? You want me to wait over 15mins for a drive through order!? I had to get a refund and leave and was late for my appt :( never going here ever again!)

This Tim Hortons is absolutely terrible. All of their donuts suck they put the icing on when it’s too hot, so nothing is on it when you get it and if you’re planning on going here to get coffee first thing in the morning and show up at 5:15 AM when they open at 5 o’clock and nobody’s there Percent of the time I go there somebody is there in the morning typically every day somebody is late terrible service

This is the second time it is happening. I went there after work just to get something to eat because it was showing that it closes at 10PM. Was there at 9:41Pm hoping this time the guy doesn’t say they are closed. Went there he said we are closed. If you guys close before 10 kindly update it atleast so people don’t waste their time coming here.

The men’s washroom is a bio hazard. There is literally feces on the floor and it’s been there a long time. What a dive. Like what’s been mentioned in other reviews - this place needs a corporate intervention. I don’t expect a lot out of Tim’s but this was next level.**if the review is so concerning, like you tell everyone else - then send someone there to inspect! Clearly there are issues and your copy/paste response is worth zero.

I went to grab a coffee before work at 930pm on Wednesday. Place my order thru the drive thru. The young fellow working told me that there was no more coffee being served that evening. He did offer a cold Ice Cap or anything that was cold.This store was already closing before 930 which I find unacceptable. So much for their 20 minute fresh coffee.
