Dirty always, very poor order taking. Takes my order continuously yups me throughout the order just to ask me when I was done what sandwich? I never ordered a sandwich. Resulted in them typing in only a farmers wrap and Chilli when I ordered 2 extra hashbrowns. Really think 1 breakfast wrap and one Chilli is going to cost 23$!? Than argued that I was wrong. Like get your shit together

Wow has Tim Hortons gone downhill fast. It’s becoming very rare to find a Tim Hortons that actually offers some decent food or coffee for that matter. Everytime I’ve been in there, the workers come across as just plainly not caring about customers at all, the food is often cold or just haphazardly put together and the coffee is old and stale tasting. I encourage everyone to stop going to Tim Hortons all together, horrible that a piece of Canadian history has been ruined for money.

This is twice now no chili our soup customer service is supposed to please. Your customers, this is twice. Now I come to this tim horton's and I say, can you make more and she says, no, we're not making any more.Whoever was working tonight at this location should be fired.Cause she's being because she was rude. And I can't believe how disrespectful tim horton's was today.I used to go with you guys all the time, but now, because of this disrespecting, I think i'm gonna stop going to tim horton's

I'm not a coffee drinker but since my guys were busy working, I usually go to grab them tea or coffee. And since was a hot summer day, decided to get a large ice coffee for myself. This happened for a second time that it came this way. It's ice coffee, basically ice, water and few drop of coffee to turn the color toward beige. Does it have to be that much less than full? I didn't post a review at that time, because I didn't want to point at any individual (my guess is about training issue). Also this location had one of the slowest services I've experienced, but unfortunately was only a minute away from our work, so I had no choice but going there.

Again, this place never changes. The staff chat among themselves while customers are waiting, and while handling orders their faces are turned the other way, talking to coworkers about their personal lives. Orders are often made wrong.

Another issue happened again today. As usual, I asked the girl at the window if the order was correct—I repeated my order, and she said yes. I took it home, and my daughter can’t have meat, but the sandwich had meat. When I called, the staff member who answered showed no regret and hung up on me.

There’s also no infection control; you have to ask them to please change their gloves. I’ve left messages and filled out surveys, but no one ever calls back. The service at this location never seems to improve.

I’ve consistently had a poor experience at this location—not just once, but on multiple visits. The only reason I continue going is because it’s conveniently close to my home and on my way to work.

The service is extremely slow. Whether it's the drive-thru or inside at the counter, I often wait 15 to 20 minutes, even when the store isn’t busy. Staff rarely attend to customers promptly.

There have also been repeated issues with incorrect orders. On top of that, I’ve noticed food safety concerns—employees wearing a glove on only one hand, but handling food with both, which defeats the purpose of wearing gloves.

Today, I bought a wrap for my daughter and found a hair inside it. That is absolutely unacceptable.

Whenever you try to bring up concerns with the staff, especially the girls working there, their attitude is rude and dismissive—they don’t care .

I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the service and hygiene standards at this location.

Hello,
I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed at Tim Hortons. I ordered a BBQ Loaded Chicken Bowl and unfortunately the quality and quantity were far below expectations.
The bowl contained almost no vegetables, an excessive amount of lettuce, and the portion size overall was very poor. Also I ordered the bowl with cheese and I didn’t get any cheese either. The meal was unbalanced and did not resemble what I usually get from other stores. Because of this, the overall experience was extremely disappointing.
I chose this item expecting a satisfying and properly prepared meal, but instead it felt rushed and carelessly assembled. This experience has caused me to lose trust in that location, and I do not plan to return.
