⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a fantastic experience! The coffee was rich and flavorful, just like I expected. I tried their new donut, and it was delicious—sweet, fresh, and perfectly baked!
The staff was friendly and efficient, which made the visit even better. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or catching up with friends.
I appreciate their commitment to quality and service. I'll definitely be returning soon for my daily caffeine fix!

Bathroom supplies not stocked. A young man had to waddle into the women’s bathroom to get toilet paper as they did not answer his many many attempts at calling. This location is also incredibly filthy. I doubt it would pass any kind of inspection. Horrific.

There were 2 people ahead of me. A transgebder person complained about waiting so they opened a second line just to serve them, then close it. I waited 20 minutes while over a dozen cars were served. I said to the manager "you should open a second line when it's this busy. Drivethru gets fast service " she rudely spoke over me making excuses they don't have enough staff. I told her they had 2 lines open when I came in. I guess you have to be transgender" she rudely interrupted me again. Yelling at me telling me I need to calm down. I tried speaking saying I'm pointing out a fact but she kept rudely speaking over me. I spoke over her and she got mad and walked away. Terrible customer service skills. Worst tim Hortons in chilliwack. I frequently wait 15 minutes or just leave. Drive thru is always given priority. Why are walk in customers treated second rate. I think this will be my last visit for a long time. I'll spend my money somewhere else

No toilet paper or soap in the bathroom 🤮
This place has gone downhill, and when you try to bring it up to this stuff they tell you, you are wrong and to leave their store and try to ban you, which is completely uncalled for has. I'm a customer trying to say. Hey Your restaurant is dirty or Hey. You didn't put enough sugar in the coffee like I asked or Hey You didn't put the cream in the coffee like I asked, or hey, can I get a take out tray... They always argue like they're right and the customers are wrong. Half the time The coffee tastes bitter and gross. Donuts are dry and stale. Washrooms are a gross dining room. Is a mess. Floors have cucumbers and everything on them. It's gross, and the service is crap. Gone are the days of good service from Tim. Hortons, now it's run by a bunch of people that just don't care.
Parking: Horrible design of lot I. Regards to parking and drive thru lane.. service sucks so bad whether in drive thru or inside counter. Staff are very rude. If not all then majority have no sense of respect to customers. They act entitled and rude.

This place is terrible. Amazes me how a coffee and donut place has pizza but currently no dark roast or steep tea or any donuts.

Restaurantji Recommends
It's a good restaurant, with a wide variety of food at a semi-reasonable price. The service is slow and unreliable, especially for fast food, but it's often worth the wait. Healthier options than many places too.
Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian sandwiches & pastries. In fact I believe most things would be vegetarian, by a considerable margin.
Dietary restrictions: Not a lot of gluten-free options for food, and most aren't vegan, so if you can go somewhere else I'd recommend it. But if that's where you are it isn't a bad choice either.
Parking: Lots of parking, but you have to be careful as it's a busy street, and a busy sidewalk with it being next to 2 schools.
Kid-friendliness: Right next to 2 schools; for a reason. Many options for kids both taste, price & health wise.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, bit of a tight interior but otherwise it's alright.

Customer service is absolutely horrible.
I don’t even know where to begin with this Tim Hortons. Every time I come here, it feels like I’ve entered some alternate universe where time doesn’t exist, and customer service is a myth. The wait times are insane. I once ordered a coffee and breakfast sandwich and by the time I got my order, I could’ve raised a family and sent my kids to college. Seriously, they seem to have 1.5 employees working — one person doing everything and another who occasionally peeks out from the back just to disappear again.
The last time I went, I ordered a bagel and somehow ended up with a donut. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff looked me dead in the eye and said, “Well, they both have holes, so it’s basically the same.” Excuse me?! I guess next time I should order a croissant and expect a pretzel?
Another time, I asked for an iced coffee, and they handed me an iced cappuccino. When I mentioned it, the worker sighed like I had just ruined their day and muttered, “Close enough, right?” NO, it’s not close enough!
The floors are sticky, the tables are filthy, and the energy in this place is just depressing. Honestly, if you’re thinking of stopping here, save yourself the headache and drive to the next Tim Hortons. Or better yet, just go to literally any other coffee shop in Chilliwack. This place is a disaster.
