The place was an absolute mess when I went in to have a quick dinner. I should have walked out after seeing how dirty it was, the video of the floor doesn’t show how disgusting it was. Door to outside was propped open blowing leaves and dirt into the store too. There was food in metal containers on the counter, staff seemed to not care at all. Service was subpar.

On Dec.14.2023 at 8pm I went to their Drive Thru and sit there waiting on the speaker for someone to take my order. It was quite for some time then I said “Hello, Hello..” No answer. So I proceeded to the window thinking maybe their mic might not be working. Then a young lady opened the window and she said you didn’t wait for us to take the order. I said am sorry I waited and I said hello there was no answer. She seem very mad at me and keep telling me I have to wait like everyone else. I said am sorry once again. The lady said I can’t take your order and I should go back to the drive thru. So I drove off and parked my car to walk in to get my coffee. Just piss me off how an employee would refuse to take an order of a customer

This is how their classic chicken wrap looks like. No lettuce, no cheese, just tomato and chicken. I asked them 5 times to put grilled chicken in my wrap. They still put dry crispy chicken in there.So frustrating!I had a bad experience in this Tims before, should have not gone back there again:(
