NAV Assistant Manage and there staff is awesome. I find her(Nav) so kind .. n would say they know how to give best customer service. I would like to come back again .. 🙂 it was cold day out side December 24, 2024 .. n Nav let me to stay in her store .. I bought lovely coffee n roll .... 🙂

Sad to have to give it one star. I won't even star the others. Completely disgraceful service!!!!! I used gas to go and do something nice and there were supposed to be cookies there at 9:00 a.m. and they couldn't be bothered to get there when they should have been there and it's right around the corner, a block away. I waited 10 extra minutes after. Completely Disgraceful service!!! I hope that they do not use Tim Hortons again! I am very upset about this :( :( :( !!!! I was looking forward to the cookies. They should not have advertised that there were going to be cookies there when they're not even there at the right time. Completely Disgraceful service!!! I will never ever go to this location. Tim Hortons should be ashamed of themselves!!!! Naturally as everything goes in this city, if this was tomorrow instead, I would have come later and maybe the cookies would have been there on time. Way to ruin a day of someone who does/has done so much for others.

I visited the store last night means (Sunday 27 October) and deal with a girl she is very respectful even its night but she was fully charged and providing good quality food when I come on the main window to pick the order she greet and give the Order very nicely I want to appreciate her dealing or customer care skills I am not remembering her name exactly

It was a pleasant going in this tim hortons. Very friendly staff enjoyed my food while setting at outside tables it would have been better if there was bit bigger place to sit. However, everything else was amazing.

Vegetarian options: I usually visit this store during nights and the service at this Tim Hortons is exceptional. Two boys who work almost every night show amazing customer service. They make sure that the coffee and food are fresh.
