Constantly get my drink order wrong.1 out of 4 times they give me coffee insted of tea. Then they argue that it's a tea when it is not. Poor customer service and poor quality food.

This store doesn’t offer some of the menu items that are posted on the LED screen menus. The worker doesn’t understand English, and we had some difficulty communicating about the menu choices and adding or using reward points from the app. These small stores inside gas station should have the menu that reflects what they actually do have not just what every other store has

I get the whole “fast food” but it needs to be made right. Wraps never have enough sauce. The chipotle makes the whole wrap what it is. Forsaking the recipe to save a few cents on sauce is a bad venture. Don’t get me wrong the staff is always nice enough, just put more effort into making the food properly, honestly I feel like they just haven’t been properly trained in this tiny location and sometimes I only see one worker in this location.

We asked a flat bread pizza , and they say that time It's not available so we asked for another instead . We ordered farmers wrap. The service was so slow.. after we left and ate the food and it was so spicy!! We didn't order such thing ! They don't follow instructions well.. we ended up throwing the food.. so dissapointing..

Not much to say about this one... It's a Tim Hortons that's part of a gas station. Service isn't too fast, not a full menu. Pretty meh. They can still make a decent coffee though.
Been coming to this Tim’s for 10 months now, every morning before work it is my first stop. Bagels are usually rock hard, burnt coffee, can never get my order right, can never speak to anyone over the phone. Will drive the extra 5mins to go to a different location from now on, don’t recommend this Tim’s to anyone
