Service is slow and they don’t fill the cup nicely
Super clean and organized place
Took me 25 minutes to get my mobile order. 15 minutes after I asked the manager if they do mobile orders which she said yes. I had to wait in line to ask again before they made my cup of coffee. Service is horrible
Slow service.
Placed a mobile order and waited for over 30 minutes
No one helped, ended up late for work. Lineup out the door almost and one trainee working the front. Wtf.

I have never had such fresh food from tim Hortons before. I am stunned by the quality and the service. I went today around 11:30 am. Appreciate the staff for making my day.

Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich. First time since moving here....the voice inside told me they were out of eggs!! I had a good laugh and never stopped again!!!

One of the standout parts of my recent Tim Hortons visit was the friendliness of the staff. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with genuine smiles and seemed happy to help, which made the whole experience feel welcoming. You could tell they cared about providing good service, not just getting through the line.
When I asked about some of the different coffee options, the cashier was patient and helpful, explaining each one in detail. Even though it was a busy morning, they made sure every customer felt seen and taken care of. I noticed that they thanked everyone as they handed over their orders, adding a nice personal touch.

Funny thing brandnew tummies cochraches on wall dirty table there all talking in the back and guy comes in because they won't take oreder they all talk indian infront of customers how rude.
