Tim Hortons

Tonight my friends and I stopped by the Tim Hortons on Luckakuck Way to have some tea and Timbits. After we finished, we asked to use the washroom, but the staff member told us it was already closed. This was very disappointing and quite unprofessional. I ended up having to rush home because of it. I hope appropriate action will be taken regarding the staff.

I was shocked with the two young girls in the evening here today. Swearing at the top of their lungs, not knowing what anything is, telling other customers how annoying their job is because they hate customers, garbage all over the tables. TERRIBLE run place.

Really disappointed with my breakfast from Tim Hortons today. The wrap wasn’t even wrapped properly — it was falling apart and half-open when I got it. On top of that, the filling was uneven and barely there. For the price they charge, the least they can do is make sure the food looks decent and is wrapped properly. Definitely not the quality I expect from Tim Hortons.

I can’t believe that I need to have an app in order to redeem the points that I have on a card that they gave me. The card has a qr code, why can’t that be enough as it was for many years ?

Used drive through for coffee and donut and received a nice message on the bag, sure put a smile on my face :)

We came in for a quick breakfast before heading to the airport. Service was relatively quick although they were certainly prioritizing the drive through. Bathrooms and the dining room were clean

Service inside is PAINFULLY slow. Stood in a line of 3 people for over 15 minutes before I was able to place my order. Then it took 10 minutes for my order of one item to be ready.

Everyone working seemed to be moving super slow like they were all hung over or just didn’t want to be there.

worst iced coffee i had ever drink, i am a regular customer for here but this morning on sep 19 Friday, a lady with a specs made the worst iced coffee really ruined my day 💀

Every time I grab my drink at Tim Hortons, she adds a little smiley on it 😊💜. After such a messy day, that small gesture really makes my whole day brighter. The service is always amazing, and I like to believe I’m her favorite customer too 😄☕️💜. Thank you for the kindness
