One of the standout parts of my recent Tim Hortons visit was the friendliness of the staff. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with genuine smiles and seemed happy to help, which made the whole experience feel welcoming. Ann , and her staff are so great and pleasant and great service every time I go there, I go there every Wednesday to get my staff a take 12 and 2 dozen donuts and it is always ready to go .. great team work there. Best service I have ever gotten.

Staff was actually friendly and the first time I've heard "hi welcome to tim Hortons, can I take your order" in years (iykyk)

Ordered a wrap and it was actually warm and folded properly too
