Foods ok, usually get the order right or at least close to right. most of the time it takes 18 minutes to get 2 coffees and a sandwich if you walk in much better times if you do drive through. Don't go inside at night when even fewer people are working because just because the person working off to the right sees you doesn't mean they won't ignore you and not notify the person running the till you are there. Not much better during the day they'll take your order right away but usually it seems like there's 2 people doing work and 3-5 people chatting and doing nothing helpful.

I'm a consistent buyer of Tim Hortons and have lived on the east coast and the west coast of Canada for long periods of time. This Tim Hortons in Chilliwack is hands down the worst location I have ever been to. They screw up 7 out of 10 drive through orders, you have to repeat yourself multiple times. The muffins are frequently stale and the coffee usually tastes like it has soap in it. I work closely to this location and all of my coworkers have had the same experience. I will drive an extra 15 minutes to go to another location. Would not recommend at all.

Surprised at the low quality of this time branch. After finishing restocking the washroom these was no soap. Then quite a long wait to be served with 6 customers behind waiting. The amount of flies and bugs on the food were quite off-putting
