The lickman road location has become an utter joke in the last few months. Expect an average of a 20 minute wait through the drive through if there are more than 2 vehicles ahead of you. The staff dont listen to your order half the time and ask for a repeat. This used to be my go to place so I kept hoping it was a brief lapse, its a permanent state, what a shame

Worse tim hortans ever. I am counting down the orders they made wrong. Today was 7nth. Time they made it wrong. No customer respect. Waited in lane for 10 straight minutes and kept taking orders only in 1 lane. And then said "hi", then again immediately started taking orders from other lane. Sooooo rude. Then at the window never said that happened.

Message to manager. Please train the employees properly. Don't push them to go fast but push them to make orders correct and teach them little bit of courtesy.

Have given this location a shot several times since their re-vamp and have been nothing but disappointed every time. The women's bathroom REAKS of something composting or rotting. Drive thru screens consistently broken/not displaying the menu. Anything you request to be toasted comes out burnt. One male staff member continually climbs over the counter and out the side door.

Ordered 2 drinks in the drive threw and was asked to park and wait. 10 minutes later I walk in to find my drinks sitting on the counter inside. This is the third time in a week this has happened.

I will not be returning. I will not contact customer support and be ignored for the third time.

This location is near the worst in Chilliwack and the service is trash.

This place gets my order wrong always without fail!! I ask for an infuser and I get refresher everytime. I cannot get a donut that I want EVER because they grab something random and throw it in a bag. Asked for a strawberry swirl donut on my order and got a CHEESE CROISSANT! I order pick up, arrive when it says my order is done and then by the time I get there I have to wait 20 minutes for my meal ANYWAYS! Terrible service. Something needs to change.

Very poor service, messed up order. Got the wrong sandwich, missed an entire sandwich. Wrap was dry cucumbers in wrap smelled very strong and were slimy. I have had this wrap so many times it has never tasted like this. Garbages are full all tables dirty. The parking lot was empty, not busy and should have picked up on that hint.

today early morning i buying coffee from there when store not open only drive thru was. girl was really nice she served me to drive thru without car. really appreciate. thank you for being kind. respect 🫡

There are two order stations for drive thru but orders are still only taken one at a time.

I ordered elgray tea, they gave me an undrinkable lemon tea. (drive-trough)
I’m wondering if I give this tea to their manager will they drink it?

I don't usually make bad reviews but this tim hortons has to be by the far the worst. Multiple times now you've handed over hot drinks with no writing to state which is which. So in a multi person car getting the wrong drink that you've given is beyond annoying. Today I got someone else's drink .... again no writing and was given my "tea" which was infact yet again coffee.

Had to dump out all the coffees we ordered because the coffee was burnt. Slow evening and the coffee was probably around 3 hours old. Assume nothing is fresh and that every penny is pinched at our expense.
