Got a sweet chili crispy chicken wrap. The chicken must've been in the heater for 3 days, as it was rock hard and inedible. Ordered a lemonade, that was warm. Never again. Fries were edible.

These guys couldn't care less about you if you go inside and the employees don't pay attention. So double check your order and make sure they did it right because they will most likely mess it up or not even make it. I ordered through the tablets and they served 5 people before I finally caught their attention that I had ordered before those people and still didn't have mine. My co-workers ordered on them today and hade the same thing happen. Make sure you tell them you ordered on the tablets as soon as you do it or you will be waiting awhile. Every time we have stopped its a minimum of 30 mins to be able to order and then longer. I didn't get to order today or get to eat because they took so long and my co-workers had their food but I still hadn't even been able to place my order. There were 7 workers there and only 1 person working the front while the rest stood around talking and helping the drive thru. I will never use this Tim Hortons again.

I usually avoid this location because of its inconsistency. Imagine telling the CR that the coffee they just sold you is Cold, and would like a hot coffee. You were pleasant in your request for an exchange of coffee. And then a when you get your replacement your met with the most sour face and no apology. The audacity of wanting a hot coffee.You signed up to serve hot coffee so serve hot coffee. I hope when you read this you go across the way on the southside of the highway to the A&W and support a real Canadian Business

Hey I just came in this store and Prince and Jordan are absolutely best ! Love it, love the service and would absolutely come back here again for them!
I’d give less stars for service as it’s abysmal. I’m stuck using this one as my workmates always stop here. First day I was first at the till snd a cashier ignored me, walked to a different till and tried to skip me completely.Today one of your employees shoulder past me and my friend to deliver an outdoor order as we were entering, didn’t say excuse me at all just barged through like two men a foot taller than her were bowling pins.Awful. And your coffee still sucks. “One” cream shouldn’t leave my coffee looking like a glass of milk.
