The service Is incredibly poor and completely unprofessional. My drink was wrong, they asked me to call out the employee who did it then berated them in front of a line of people while also slowing everything down. Out of the 8 staff members I saw in the store, 2 were putting in an effort. Avoid this location at all costs unless you're starving. The other staff just dawdled the entire time. People expect to be paid $17.50 an hour with no effort? What has this world come to.....

Every time I have been to this location it has been very disappointing. Never had my order correct . Used my app to get a free coffee the said that the app didn't work and I payed for my coffee. Next night went to different location and found that my points were taken so my app did work. Horrible Tim's will never be back

Have recently moved to Chilliwack six months ago, first off we have been through this drive through a few times and every time it's been a huge wait, and a wrong order, it's pretty bad when you drive a few more miles down the road to have a way better experience with Tim's, Also we thought last night we would give it another chance, two vehicles in line and waited 10 minutes, only to drive up and have the same person give us the wrong order twice , we told her twice it wasn't ours, will not be returni g to this location 😞

DO NOT EAT HERE. The kids likely have not passed any version of food safety. I watched one of them wipe his nose on his hand then proceed to continue work. Somehow the employees didn't understand that I didn't want my food with his snot all over it. The place needs to be inspected.
