Whole lobby was quite gross. Garbage on the floor and tables, which looked like they hadn't been wiped/swept all day, if at all that day.
Bathroom was messy as well.
Do I even want to ask what the inside of the kitchen looked like where our food was being prepared?

I have been coming to this Tim Hortons for over 5 years, and it has always been my favourite location. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday left me very upset. While placing my order, one of the staff members (a white male) made fun of my accent and laughed. I felt very disrespected, sad, and uncomfortable. This kind of behaviour feels discriminatory and is not acceptable.

I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this incident was disappointing and hurtful. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with respect, regardless of their background or accent.

Very quick drive through service, I was able to experience this while in the short line in the lobby, where I watched about 8 cars served to before I anyone inside was. It’s ok though I assume everyone was on break, since the one guy was enjoying his booster juice while staring blankly at the till and his friend obviously had some very important text messages to attend to, hopefully they get their shit together before I come back

Worst experience i ever had on Tim Hortons on 26 august 2025 time 6:00.
I pay for my order and wait for 12 minutes and after that when i ask for my order they said we haven’t any food which i pay for.
Never go to this location.

Food as in coffees only....one iced cap & one coffee..iced cap tasted good but was not iced. Very little slush involved ..machine musta been slacking. And the hot coffee was overdosed with cream & sugar so much so the coffee couldn't be hot if it tried and the consistency was sweetly thick. Just all wrong. Buttttt usually it's fine here.

I’ve ordered from this Tim Hortons multiple times and almost every time my order is messed up. Items are often missing, and recently I ordered a vegetarian bowl but they put chicken in it. I am vegetarian, so this was very careless and unacceptable. I complain every time, but nothing changes and nothing ever happens to fix the service. Management really needs to take customer concerns seriously and train staff to pay attention to orders.

Terrible past 2 experiences here. First time i went inside where i had to wait 20 mins to order as the staff focused on drive thru and only had one till open despite the long line of customers inside. After ordering i received my drink right away, then had to wait nearly 30 mins to get my food, which in the end was the wrong sandwich. I brought it up to them and they said they ran out of a certain bagel that i asked for so i asked for a seperate sandwich, it was about $1.50 more and they tried to get me to come back to the till to pay the difference, i left.
The second time i went through the drive thru at a good time of day (i was the only one there). As i pull up i say my order, simple crispy chicken wrap with an iced capp and some potato wedges. The lady on the mic was rude by cutting me off and i had to repeat my order about 5 times for her to understand. She kept saying she couldnt hear me and after raising my voice she asked why i was yelling at her. She also told me there was no crispy chicken or no potato wedges. Okay, so i tried to substitute it for a bagel belt and a apple fritter donut. She said they stopped serving breakfast at 10am, it was 10:04 and still showing on the menu. Also, out of apple frits. Through being cut off again and again, misunderstood orders, wait times and having to repeat myself multiple times i will not be supporting this tim hortons, or any for that matter until they can fix their staff and service. I live 30 seconds away from here and have been going to this Tim’s since 2014 and i’ve never had problems until the past year or two.

The slowest drive thru in Canada. Anytime I come here it’s a HUGE wait and they take their sweet time. 20-30 min wait for drive thru is unreal.

Went here on a weekday. All the staff were shuffling around the drive thru service area, ignoring the line of people wanting to order. Multiple people walked out because they were sick of waiting for someone. Speaking of orders, I had to repeat mine twice because the counter attendant didn't listen. Coffee was cold, they didn't have the bagel I wanted. Oh, and the store was freezing and filthy.

Im in here all the time and everybody is here is always so kind and respectful, going as fast as they and still taking the time to hear me out when I had my food taken by someone else they were super understanding and remade one for me with no troubles at all :)
