Worst Tim in the night time. I don’t know how it’s possible to spoil a latte, but in this place they know the way… A simple wrap — they separated the meat and the rice. In the wrap, the meat with vegetables was only at the top, and 2/3 of the wrap was just rice… Terrible. I hope in the morning and during the day it is better, but the management should invest some effort to train the evening team.

I am doing construction next to the gas station at midnight. The night shift guy name starts with P didn’t catch the name lol. He handled a huge drinks order and made the coffee and tea fresh. Had a nice chat he mentioned he’s a student finishing his studies. Saw him last week as well. Will try to go today to get his name again. Tried to give a tip but he politely refused. Really appreciated the kindness!

Slowest Tim Hortons in Chilliwack. They have to be incompetent because how is it so hard can they not take multiple orders at the window like other Timmy’s do? They do one order at a time which makes it soooo slow is this a 1 car in the drive thru only?

Whole lobby was quite gross. Garbage on the floor and tables, which looked like they hadn't been wiped/swept all day, if at all that day. Bathroom was messy as well. Do I even want to ask what the inside of the kitchen looked like where our food was being prepared?
I have been coming to this Tim Hortons for over 5 years, and it has always been my favourite location. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday left me very upset. While placing my order, one of the staff members (a white male) made fun of my accent and laughed. I felt very disrespected, sad, and uncomfortable. This kind of behaviour feels discriminatory and is not acceptable.
I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this incident was disappointing and hurtful. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with respect, regardless of their background or accent.

Very quick drive through service, I was able to experience this while in the short line in the lobby, where I watched about 8 cars served to before I anyone inside was. It’s ok though I assume everyone was on break, since the one guy was enjoying his booster juice while staring blankly at the till and his friend obviously had some very important text messages to attend to, hopefully they get their shit together before I come back

Food as in coffees only....one iced cap & one coffee..iced cap tasted good but was not iced. Very little slush involved ..machine musta been slacking. And the hot coffee was overdosed with cream & sugar so much so the coffee couldn't be hot if it tried and the consistency was sweetly thick. Just all wrong. Buttttt usually it's fine here.
