Unfortunately this is in the top 3 worst restaurants I’ve been to.
Service: non-existent. She would walk away before everyone was even done ordering. Was incredibly slow to get even drinks to the table.
Atmosphere: peeling booths where the pleather coating flaked off on to your clothing. Dust and garbage along sills.
Food: the burger bun was so dry it crumbled apart. The fries were cold in the middle. Chicken strips were hard and flavourless.
Will most certainly never be returning.

at the best Mother's Day brunch there our server was amazing. I think her name was Kristen anyway she was really really great to one of the best servers I've had in a long time the food and the value was exceptional. We just had a really nice time my 42-year-old son is on a budget so we were able to come for your breakfast sale and he still was able to treat his mom so it was awesome. You guys rock. I tell everybody about you and you're walking distance for me so that's nice as a widow. I like to pop up for happy hour have a beverage and a nap and then walk home and I feel welcome.

Google rating says it All, Such a lovely place, beautiful ambience, great atmosphere,,however, the staff is Ruining that lovely environment, The most Poor service I have ever come across in a Place like this, Duty manager to the staff, They have no idea Whatsoever About hospitality, I wish I could give less than one star, I would’ve given it for the service, The Worst part Is the Place was not busy at all, the manager and all the coworkers chatting around the bar counter even they see people walking in still they are not bothered

Good food Great service! Just a bit loud and hard to have a conversation.
Overall was a good experience for my Family. Which included a 6 year old. Food had good taste and a fair sized portion. Fries were a little over salted. Drinks we great, no disappointments. The only issue was the Time it took to receive our Appetizers and the Entres. For the perception of a slow night on a Friday. One would think the food would come up more quickly. Overall we would return. However I wouldn't recommend if you were looking for a quick meal.

My friend and I were here on Saturday night at approximately 5pm (Nov 30) and experienced terrible service and cheeseless nachos. There were three tables of customers and at least six workers. It was not busy at all and after our experience, we can assume why. Our male server brought our nachos and took our drink order promptly and then never returned. Him and his male co-workers were chatting by the bar, while we were trying to get their attention to order more drinks and food. We had to flag him down by waving our arms to grab his attention. After finally getting his attention after 15 minutes, we asked for our bill and left.
Service was disappointing. Nachos were missing cheese which was overly disappointed. Unsatisfied overall.

Poutine used chicken flavored gravy, with a very generous amount of salt. Tower of donuts was beyond disappointing; it was several lukewarm donuts on a plate. The sauces were not delicious. Drinks were also quite weak, and the online menu did not match the in house menu. We will not be back.
