Unable to rate. I had a confirmed reservation through Open Table. When I arrived the restaurant was closed with a note on the door stating “we will open at 3:00pm on Saturday, November 1st. Our sincerest apologies.” I understand things happen... but I drove from Cloverdale to meet someone and I had a confirmed reservation. Why wasn't a message sent through Open Table or text to advise of the closure? Communication would have be appreciated.

When we arrived our table was not ready and it would have been a long wait - but that didn't matter, it was so terribly noisy that we would not have been able to chat with our friends or enjoy ourselves. We left.

It was so loud and obnoxious the minute we walked in, I'm not an old person but the music was so loud it made it an awful experience, we could not stand it so after 15 min of sitting and being ignored we left. We had 10 am reservations and we ended up telling g the server forget it and walked out. You could tell the staff was super young which is normal but the volume was more suitable for an evening crowd not brunch.

Went to the Downhill last Wednesday for dinner. We ordered wine and we both had chiken wings. She had a different sauce than I. They were so terrible that we ate one and sent them back. They were not edible. The gal did ask if we wanted something else. By this time we just wanted to leave. Our night was a disaster. I paid for the wine and left. We will not go there again.

Went on Sunday afternoon around 2pm. I had never been and wanted to try the place. I got seated on the patio, waited 8 minutes and left. Not a good sign. So I'm back at Frankie's Italian on their patio.

I recently ordered some takeout for my girlfriend and I as we had a long day. She got a taco meal and I got a burger meal. When I got home and we opened up the boxes, we knew it was going to be a disappointing meal. The tortillas were stale, there was no cabbage and way too much sauce. My Burger patty was burnt, and the rest of the burger tasted off. The fries were also slightly undercooked, but still soggy. I should’ve asked for a refund when I walked in and saw there was no one there besides the staff. Very disappointed!
