I'm a senior. I know that there was only 2 waitresses last night, was a busy evening..I understand that. But, the food was just warm..the fries were hard and dry. From an unhappy customer.

We have ordered from here 3x now on Uber and each time it gets progressively worse. We just moved here from Surrey and this townhalls food is a joke! Your burgers with special sauce— you get ZERO sauce! Your animal fries? A piece of a processed cheese slice, jarred onions and again ZERO sauce! DO NOT order from here on UBER— they give zero cares about their food and how it goes out!

Friendly place with room lots of groups. We have been several times. Cheap breakfast, and really good chicken strips for lunch.

It's not the location it's the JRG group that needs to make changes. Cutting costs, not taking care of the overall business, or staying relevant will leave you behind. They should be grateful for the people who work for them and try to make it better.

We made reservations for a table for 6 for my Dads 91 birthday. Some people took our table so the wait staff tried to squeeze us into a little booth. Finally they found us a table and we waited half hour before getting menus and drinks. No apologies

Coffee was cold. My mom didn’t like her teriyaki wings. Not baked in sauce? They took them back replaced w honey garlic which was another dislike. Worst meal ever for 70$ 2 adults 1 kid. Only good thing was kettle chips

We went in for brunch a couple of weekends ago. We were a larger group about 10 people. We were asked if we had a reservation and the restaurant was 3/4 empty. Serving staff were efficient but could probably be a bit more welcoming. They announced that they did not have spoons for the coffee. Mystified by this as it wasn’t busy and was mid morning. You’re running a restaurant and you don’t have spoons? Then wash some or order more! A few of us ordered the egg and bean bowl. It was small/not very substantial and not that hot. A disappointing experience. This place would have potential if there was some leadership, thought, creativity and attention to detail but in its present state I would not go back. One of our party had been before and had a similar experience. So to put it politely, this place needs work. It needs a Gordon Ramsay intervention.

I ordered the fettuccine alfredo and it tasted like straight minced garlic on top of noodles… Severely disappointed. I can eat hot or spicy food but my mouth is actually on fire from the garlic from this dish… I can eat sriracha in the spoon full but this is sriracha on steroids…

The service was outstanding. Food was ok, menu is very limited and the rice bowl lacked in flavor. Bathrooms were disgusting, toilets didn't flush properly in all the women's stalls..
