I ran into Trio's at the Straight Curbside Food Truck event at Maffeo Sutton Park in Nanaimo. You cant miss the amazing colors and design of the truck! Beautiful artwork. The food is amazing. I had the pleasure of trying a custom creation at this fantastic establishment, and let me tell you, it was an absolute culinary delight! The "Piggy's Back" in a taco shell, accompanied by the extra creamy Mac and coleslaw, was a symphony of flavors that danced on my taste buds. 10/10 Best Mac I’ve ever had and I like to think of myself as a Mac connoisseur. It was so good it was gone before I even considered taking a picture. If you have t tried their ham n peas Mac n cheese you aren’t doing it right!! Holy cow I never knew that it could taste so good! It was all I ate the whole Brigade days. Thank you so much !! Also Brad, Krista and Cole are three of the nicest people you will ever meet!
