I ran into Trio's at the Straight Curbside Food Truck event at Maffeo Sutton Park in Nanaimo. You cant miss the amazing colors and design of the truck! Beautiful artwork. The food is amazing. I had the pleasure of enjoying the "Max-ican" creamy cheese filled mac top with ground beef, lettuce, tomato, jalapeno, salsa, sourcream and chips! To die for! Lobster and Mac was delicious but $41 for a lobster Mac and cheese and a regular macaroni and cheese with one pop is absolutely ridiculous. On top of it they asked for a tip option lol. 😂 little guy.
