Just went through the drive-through and was dealing with Jander. She is by far one of the rudest employees I’ve ever met when I was placing my order she kept cutting me off, saying yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah while I was trying to explain what I wanted and then when I confronted her at the window, she told me that she didn’t want to serve me Terrible customer service and the attitude was absolutely horrendous. If you want to be treated like shit this is a place to go.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL WORKED A 14 HOUR SHIFT GRABBED A BURGER AND ONION RINGS ON WAY HOME EXHAUSTED THANK GOD I ALWAYS OPEN MY BURGER TO STUFF THE PICKLE ON IT BECAUSE WHEN I DID THERE WAS A CLUMP OF HAIR NOT A HAIR A SMALL CLUMP OF HAIR ...HERES THE KICKER THOUGH WENT BACK NEXT DAY WITH THE FOOD AND THEY ACTUALLY TREATED ME LIKE A POS WHEN I SHOWED THEM THE MANAGER WAS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL AND ACCUSED ME OF PUTTING HAIR IN THE BURGER ????????? TO WHAT END ??? EXACTLY I WAS SHOCKED SHE THEN TOLD ME TO GET OUT OR SHE WOULD CALL THE POLICE EVEN THOUGH I WAS CALM AND COOL ..BY FAR THE MOST HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY RESTAURANT IN MY ENTIRE LIFE SHAMEFUL AND DISGUSTING TO BE TREATED THAT WAY ....😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

It was OK I Got a $12 Chick burger and had a $1 off Cupon. Then that $11 went to $19! I was like....WHAT???

It was refreshing to it out , at this branch. It was clean, well organized. The breakfast club, tasted the same with the signature sauce. Other places, do offer tea services, perhaps it is something you could explore. Langley bypass, branch offers tea and coffee.

Had a spicy chicken combo the chicken was half the size of the regular spicy chicken burger. Looked like a breakfast patty so disappointed 😞. Won't be back.

Waited out front 10 minutes for 2 milkshakes?!?!
I appreciate the reply.What irked me was the fact that I was asked to wait out front to not mess up the drive thru times(common thing in fast food) that I understand, but being forgotten untill I walked in to see what's up and seeing other people's orders being fulfilled before mine,then the rush was on once the employees saw me.$16.78 for 2 milkshakes is a luxury treat for the wife and I, and like my profile says food and service go hand in hand.
