Visited in August. Not super busy but service was on the slow side. Had the Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings, Onion Rings, and Blueberry Milk Shake. Pretty standard fare.

The food was a reasonable price and tasted great. Our server Mateo was super kind and friendly and provided excellent service. We would definitely recommend to anyone in the Chilliwack area!

Its a very nice quality White Spot, and the layout + vibe is great and has lots of various seating options.
The food is exactly what you should expect from typical WS menu and this location has excellent burgers and fries, soups etc.
Overall service is good but-!! check your bill carefully. I got charged extra for asking to bring tiny side of mayo instead of some other dressing that I can't have. When I pointed out to my Server, she started to argue with me instead of just quickly apologise and take it off the bill. She did not realise that I am in same profession (I'm also a restaurant Server) So i had to explain to her that in cases like this you don't overcharge. She finally complied when i offered to call the Supervisor.
My advice to the Servers at this location. Please keep in mind that amount of your tip directly depends on quality of your service and honesty with every customer.
Thanks.
Overall 4/5

Our recent lunch at White Spot was for pirate pak day. We arrived at 11 and were able to get a table right away, though shortly after there were lots of people waiting, even thought tables were available (I’m assuming servers were the limiting factor). The hostess was lovely and seated us right away. Our server was efficient. We were provided food and drinks quickly, and while our orders were correct, they did forget the coleslaw from the pirate pak. The food was fine - what we expected. No complaints, but nothing to write home about. We paid our bill and were out of the restaurant in under 45 minutes. I think the day we came was obviously not typical. We saw others be seated and then leave over confusion with the limited menu for pirate pak day. Watching other tables it was clear the staff were working hard to accommodate allergies. Even the pirate pak menu offered a gluten free option, which was good to see on a limited menu.

We had an AMAZING night, our server Matteo was the absolute best. He was so sweet and did a fantastic job, made us feel right at home. The food and drinks were honestly everything we could’ve asked for, and for such great prices during happy hour. But serious shoutout to Matteo, he was perfect. Also has beautiful hair.

Our family is hooked on White Spot, we’re new residents of BC and this is a perfect family restaurant. Good food, good service and very fair prices.

Great service and food. Outside of restaurant is a bit dated though. Thanks!

Always seems to be stuffed with screaming children. The food is fast becoming mediocre again.
