The meal was delicious... but we bit into one of the rolls we had in the party tray and there was a chunk of plastic mixed into the seaweed wrap... it almost cut my friends mouth... quite a large piece. Key for scale.

Great place for sushi, you get lots of food for the price even though the price has gone up lately. The specials are pretty delicious. Many tables to sit. Lots of parking in the mall, sometimes gets full.

Nice atmosphere, I like the decor and the service. Have only had two take out meals from them but both have been good- filling, prices typical of sushi. The first time we went was when I was feeling sick (sushi is my favourite food to eat when I have a cold) and they overheard and included a soba free of charge! I only found out when we unpacked the order at home. Good quality stuff

Our go to sushi place for years. Staff are wonderful and kind. Food is fresh and delicious every time ⭐️
The food was good and fresh, hence why 2-star. Otherwise, I would give only 1. The service was terrible, I chose to dine in and the whole time the waitress was rushing me to order. The restaurant was not even busy, only 2 tables were occupied. And I just finished my meal less than 2 minutes, taking a sip of water and the card machine was already on the table, the waitress on the side waiting for me to pay. It felt like they wanna kick me out. Service can definitely be better.

I order a bbq eel roll every time I picked it up it fall a part, I also ordered chop scallop nigria and the loaded mayonnaise on the top no eggs and it didn't taste like scallop it was shaped all diff with diff cuts and I found no round shape the rice tasted new like it was still warm there was no love there at all eat there before had the same order before

The food at Yale Sushi in Chilliwack rivals the top sushi restaurants in Vancouver, where I lived and enjoyed sushi for 30 years.
I was blown away by the portion sizes, the quality and the freshness, especially the salmon sashimi. And the staff are friendly and very attentive, always checking in to make sure everything’s ok and if anyone would like more tea, without being intrusive at all.
And as you can see from photos, the restaurant is open, airy, clean and welcoming.
