...a ZERO would be appropriate...IMMIGRANTS WITH NO FOOD HANDLING TRAINING !!! guy on cash / unwashed hands + no gloves...touched all food / ..very sloppy...dirty...unsanitary...i dumped my order in the trash.

We stopped in after a day of driving and (the manager?) served us. He was efficient, polite, thorough and patient. It was so busy with tourists and travellers and several large groups and he moved everyone through smoothly. The entire team worked well together and service was fast considering how busy it was. The food was great, as usual - hot and delicious and the Salted Caramel Toffee Blizzard was perfect!

I really hate leaving a bad review but this is the third time I've been to this location and the burgers are terrible. I asked a NON BOOSTED burger. He said, oh we don't do that sir, it's fresh to order. My bun was hot and tough like leather. The patties where dried right out. I'm a savage when it comes to food and will eat anything. I couldn't finish this, it turned my stomach. Owners PLEASE rethink how your operating, your customers deserve better.

I found Anresh to be an excellent and fun help today. The ice cream cake he made was perfect. What a good employee!
