We work in Clearwater very frequently, this place never disappoints, food is top notch and service is great. Because its so good this place can be very busy during summer tourism season.

We were told upon arrival that there would be delay due to the fact they were busy. We were told 1/2 hour from time ordered. This seemed acceptable to us, we were hungry not famished.
2 other couples arrived within 1/2 hour of our arrival. These couples were asked what they wanted while I was looking at an empty beverage. About ahalf hour later the other 2 tables got their food before us.
They then came to our table and took our order. Before we received our food the people that came in after us had finished eating, paid and left the restaurant. To compensate after we complained for such shoddy service we were comped one of the plates. The one with a steak that was 3/4 fat.
I left there and went to the Wells Grey Inn and had some food because I was still hungry.

Our first night visiting Clearwater we had dinner at GateWay Grill and we really enjoyed it. We decided to return on our second night in town. It was Friday and the restaurant was very busy. Every table was full, the place was bustling. We were told upon seating that we had a 1hr 15 min wait on food and offered a choice to take recommendations for alternative restaurants. We decided to stay as we had really been happy the first night. Our food arrived at the estimated time and was hot and fresh, delicious again. But the stand out tonight was the staff. Despite being super busy everyone remained cheerful, smiling, helpful and efficient. No one appeared stressed, or to lose their cool. They worked so well as a team and were thanking each other and complementing each other throughout the night. It was awesome to see such a positive team. Keep it up!!

Cute little restaurant only open for happy hour and dinner. Great outdoor seating area with lights and lots of flowers. Variety of offerings on menu. Hard to choose. Had their cucumber mojito with raspberries and was really good. Ordered the Mediterranean bowl and now I'm desperately trying to figure out how to make it it was so yummy. Will definitely be back before my trip here is over

Food and service was really good. The wait to get the food was way to long as it took over an hour for the food to be served.

Arrived at 7:30 the restaurant was maybe 3/4 full and I was told food would be around 90 minutes, they odiously have a big problem.

The service is really bad, we waited 40 minutes for our drinks and we needed to ask the server for them, the food took almost and hour and it wasn’t great, frozen veggies and food not seasoned

I can tell that other tables didn’t have the same experience so maybe it was just bad luck

Smokey bacon grilled burger and it was delicious. Perfect char and amount of bbq in it didn’t make it messy and soggy. It was delicious! Will head there again and try the lamb!
Calamari was decent and the taziki sauce was delicious. The smokey whiskey spice wings were more crispy and less Smokey whiskey spice taste..
overall, small town meals in a nice vibe and great selection of drinks was a great experience. Nice patio but due to storm it was closed.
Will for sure make this a go to for us!

I ordered a wild salmon with baked potato, we waited about an hour only to get a peace of dry taistless salmon with a dry baked potato.
For 38$ I expected much more.
My partner ordered a Veggie Burger which was very plain . The only good thing were the fries that came with it.

One of the few good spots in Clearwater, BC. It's straight forward. Good food, good location and
Close to a hotel. I like their chicken wings and their burger was more than enough for me. I'll be back here when I visit Clearwater again.

Feta bake, calamari, buffalo cauliflower and Santa feta salad were well presented and delicious. Although I do prefer salads with dressing on the side and water with my meal.
Local craft beer choices too.
