This Subway is terrible. We stopped twice in 8 days. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, not again!! Disorganized and slow service. Charged for double cheese and didn’t order. Basically didn’t listen at all to order. The bathroom was dirty….it looked like a nasty brown handprint behind the door!!!

Hands down the WORST Subway. I didn’t get the Italian I ordered, instead I received an assorted cold cut. I should have been babysitting the assembly of my sub perhaps. The bread was stale and I tossed more than half of it in the garbage. Definitely not baked today, 2-3 day old bread. The worker had an extra helping of attitude which encouraged me to decline the tip. I will not stop in here ever again.

I ordered the Cuban crunch because I didn’t want to have to choose a bunch of ingredients. Well, we had to choose anyway. What happened to fresh is best? The bread was at least day old likely two days old. Not a great experience.

We were looking for a healthier breakfast option. We bought subs here and were pleasantly surprised by the quality service we received. Solomon was very polite and professional and created 2 delicious footlong subs. The fillings were generous and correctly proportioned. We would return here again.

To whom it may concern/owners :We had a long drived from edmonton to Vancouver this August 2023 and stop for a break Here. We all don't eat pork except for my mother she loves her sandwich with bacon so... we ask the lady who is working that time to pls change their hand gloves reason food cross contamination and she was kind of upset that we asked her that and mad as she told to the other mens coworkers in other language " oh palitan ninyo daw ung mga gwantes nyo" with a mad accent in how she developed her words... I was going to ask her why she acted like that but I just controlled myself. As far as she don't know that I can understand what she said because im a filipino too..I think she thought that all of us are from other culture because my other companions are bangladesh and India.. she doesn't know that two of us are filipino. I'm giving a bad review on how this establishment treated their customers.. that is discrimination actually...
