No vegetarian option available, and the staff was misleading from the beginning and failed to provide correct information - as per their staff Subway has discontinued the veggie patty in entire Canada, however we just had it a day ago in Calgary and a week ago in Ontario! Extremely rude behaviour of the staff member named Rafa. I haven't seen such rude behaviour of any staff member ever before in any Subway.

We've stopped at this subway on our way to penticton every year for about 3 years now for family vacation.
This is definitely the standard of what a subway should be.

I asked them to match the online deal, which should have been a straightforward process. However, after spending ten minutes trying to access the deal online, I informed them that their online system wasn't working. They acknowledged that they didn’t have that deal available online either. It felt as though they were intentionally withholding information from me, or perhaps just playing games. In the end, I had to pay the regular price for my sub, and I was charged extra on top of that.
The teriyaki chicken was also part of the deal at the outlet, yet I was still charged for it unless I caught the error myself. Instead of apologizing and correcting the mistake, the employee simply handed me my change without acknowledging the error.
Management should consider carefully before hiring the right people for the hospitality industry.

I had one of the best experiences at Subway today around 8pm! The store was super clean, the food was fresh and delicious, and the service was absolutely outstanding. Karina was kind, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcome. Her warm attitude and attention to detail truly made my visit special. Thank you, Karina—you’re a star!
My mom and I came in at 10:30 on a Saturday and Randy seemed to be the only one here. He was so sweet and patient with us being so unsure what we wanted. Super happy with our experience and will be back just to see Randy again.

This Subway is terrible. We stopped twice in 8 days. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, not again!! Disorganized and slow service. Charged for double cheese and didn’t order. Basically didn’t listen at all to order.
The bathroom was dirty….it looked like a nasty brown handprint behind the door!!!
