Perfect home style supper on a long road trip. Grateful for the easy parking with a trailer and quiet interior (no tvs) and great food. Recommend the roast beef with Yorkshire pudding!

We stopped by on our way through Clearwater with our almost two year old. We were all very impressed with the food. Everything appeared to be made in house and tasted delicious.

We had breakfast at the hungry hiker. They serve standard fare but they do it very well. They don’t just reheat whatever comes in the truck. There is a homemade vibe to the food.
Honest food, cooked well and served friendly. Good coffee and good prices. This seems to be a local hangout. There must be a reason.

After traveling through Edmonton to BC me and my father came across a cute little Cafe, we only needed to warm up the food we had packed on the road and the chef and staff kindly let us use their facilities and equipment even adding their own sauce for extra flavor. After such a long drive it was a welcome relief to receive such kindness and hospitality. All an all 10/10

Was told our brunch takeout order would be 30 minutes...we went to check after waiting 30 min and found out they forgot about our order. Had to wait another half an hour for very mediocre food (the fries were very dry and didn't come with ketchup). Didn't even get an apology, just a weirdly smug smile like nothing was wrong. Very disappointed as there are so many good reviews.

I had the daily soup and BLT and the family had burgers and homemade fries. Then topped it off with homemade pie.
Food was delicious, staff was friendly and attentive. Everything was clean and well maintained. Great place to stop for lunch!
The pie was life changing!!

Charming cafe, conveniently located just off the Yellowhead Highway. Perfect for a lunch stop. Clean, bright and comfortable. Friendly service. Delicious freshly prepared sandwiches, soup etc. Seemed to be doing a roaring trade, I can understand why.

After hours on the road we stopped in and were looking forward to special which was fried chicken and fries. BIG MISTAKE!
We waited along time for our chicken to arrive. The gravy and the chicken coating was disgusting. The worse part was when we cut into the chicken it was completely raw! Not edible at all, unless you want to get very ill. Waitress was apologetic and took 1/2 of bill off and gave us a cookie
Went to bed hungry and disappointed
