Favourite Tim’s location:) staff here are friendly and kind, drive thru is always quick, and drinks are prepped well. Caveat: I don’t typically get food at Tim’s, so can’t really speak to that aspect.
Have had coffee, London fog, iced Capps, frozen refreshers, creamy chills, and steeped teas here many times and no complaints so far!

All the sandwiches for the past few weeks have been made incorrectly and taste horrible!!! Ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap, got a mushy MAYONNAISE wrap with no bacon on it. I cannot eat mayonnaise nor can unleavened job to fix the problem the staff made. I’m so disappointed in the service lately, they have obviously hired someone who cannot follow a simple sandwich recipe

My head was full of check lists and as I ordered I forgot to do my usual request for half mayo, however the wonderful lady at the sandwich bar recognized me and my order. She took time to ask me if I would like half the mayo, delighted I said yes pls Made me feel like more than a number
