All the sandwiches for the past few weeks have been made incorrectly and taste horrible!!! Ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap, got a mushy MAYONNAISE wrap with no bacon on it. I cannot eat mayonnaise nor can unleavened job to fix the problem the staff made. I’m so disappointed in the service lately, they have obviously hired someone who cannot follow a simple sandwich recipe

My head was full of check lists and as I ordered I forgot to do my usual request for half mayo, however the wonderful lady at the sandwich bar recognized me and my order. She took time to ask me if I would like half the mayo, delighted I said yes pls Made me feel like more than a number

Came through here during the Jasper evacs around 7am. Store was packed, but clean and well staffed and moved pretty fast.
I don’t often not finish a coffee, but this was just awful. Took and age for 2 coffees a omelette bites to be produced. Even the got the order wrong and had another long wait…not going to Horton again
Dietary restrictions: Did have almond milk though where most place had just soy or oat milk but was still awful

Just need to change a few things such as Open earlier and later. More croissants.
Being in such a heavy traffic area , accommodating to basic needs, such as more flexible hours and more food options ,would probably make a few locals happier.
