Multiple times I have arrived at the drive through at 1 am and get told they are closed or they can't serve me for some other reason. What is going on?

Nice McDonald's, the children area was quiet when we were there. I'd recommend more attention around how clean the space is...a there was the middle table and the floor around it that were full of leftovers and packaging.

Well congrats to this location of McDonald's for being the most expensive in the Cloverdale/ Langley area. The same sausage McMuffin meal is $8.07 at this location and 200th and 84th is $7.02. Try and be a bit more competitive. Wendy's across the street has 2 breakfast wraps for $4.20

I visited this McDonald’s recently, and I have to say it’s one of the best locations I’ve ever been to! The store was super clean, and the entire team was extremely professional.
A special mention to Veerpal, the shift manager — very professional and polite. All the girls working during my visit were so calm and focused; they did their jobs quietly and efficiently. You could barely even notice the staff because everything ran so smoothly.
I really appreciated the professionalism — all the staff were Indian (Punjabi), and unlike at many other places where the staff talk loudly or joke around in Punjabi in front of customers, everyone here was respectful, courteous, and completely customer-focused.
Thank you to Veerpal and the entire team for maintaining such a high standard of service. Keep up the great work — this McDonald’s truly sets an example for others!

Where is the other half of my burger? The patties are way over cooked, half the sandwich is missing, fries were cold. Does anyone on night shift even care about what they are doing?
A store with some people don’t know how make McD and long wait time + fighting with customers. Since options of A&W and Wendy’s just near , I will suggest go there .

I visited McDonald’s around midnight and was really impressed by the amazing service I received from Komal. Even at such a late hour, she was polite, professional, and had a warm smile that made the experience so much better. My order was taken quickly, prepared perfectly, and served with great care. It’s rare to see such dedication during midnight hours, but Komal went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Truly the best service I’ve experienced at McDonald’s—thank you, Komal!

It was ok. I haven't beem to McD in minute as Wendys good deals had me fixed. Finally got a coupon for a big mac meal under $10. It was fine. But i just dont crace it like i use to. Wendys burgers are better and cheaper. I will give McD the fry crown but only if they are served hot.
