I’m a food delivery driver and today when I came to picking my order, the staff told me that my order will ready soon as per the time to pick up showing on the food delivery app, the food was supposed to be ready by 12:14pm, b ur when I asked at 12:21pm that it’s getting late and the girl on the counter told me rudely that then go ahead and cancel the order and walked away. I told her that this is not the way to talk and I mention this to one guy who was working there as well ( I assume he is supervisor), but he also supported her. I told that I was gently asking and her behaviour towards me was inappropriate.
I believe you need to raise this concern and talk to the staff and take disciplinary action. She owe an apology and you can reach out to me anytime to discuss this matter.
Hoping to hear from the management in regards to this.

Convenient location for me. But a lot of mornings I walk in and it's got three or four hobos spaced out at various tables with all their garbage possessions spread out everywhere. Sometimes they are sleeping. Sometimes they blast their phones watching stupid videos on the free wi-fi. I even walked in on a guy bathing himself in the bathroom sink. Get rid of them! It's a health hazard to be around them, they stink, and nobody wants to sit beside them. So there's really only a few spots to sit comfortably ....
But I will say the staff is very friendly

Horrible service. Horrible food. I don’t think they have ever got an order right once. I just ordered a double cheese burger with Mac sauce and they gave me mayo. luckily I checked before leaving the parking lot because I know they always mess up, but when I went in to get it changed the guy making the food thought it was hilarious and laughed at the fact that he messed up. I also ordered a large meal and paid for a large meal. They gave me medium fries. So I paid for something and did not get it. And I ordered and PAID for extra sauce and they didn’t give me any sauce at all. I spent almost $40 in total tonight and wasn’t even given half the stuff I paid for.
McDonald's is a classic fast-food choice. Their Big Mac is iconic, and the fries are always crispy and delicious. Service can vary, but it's usually quick and convenient. Great for a quick meal!

Lazy staff and management.... Their coffee always has coffee grind at the bottom of the cup. Don't bother ordering curbside option, because the staff purposely doesn't bring your food out and makes you wait a long time. After you walk inside and ask about the reason for the delay, their lame excuse is I didn't see your car ! SMH 🙄🙄🙄

Drive-thru. Ordered burgers without onions, they made me wait for 10 minutes then gave me a bag of cold food. I deconstructed the burgers in the parking lot and the patties were wet, like water wet. Ketchup was dried on the bun as if it was put on the day before. Did they run the patties under the sink rather than remake a 6 hour-old burger? Wild. Don't recommend this location.

This location used to be the better option in the cloverdale area but in the past six months service and quality have gone downhill. There have been two occasions out of about five when their ice cream machine wasn’t working. But the bigger issue is the service has gone down hill. Long waits when there’s no line up and when I pulled up the workers were doing a tik tok. They said the long wait on the burger was due to the no onion request… shouldn’t that take less time?
