Shivangi is one of the best workers at Tim Hortons! She is always friendly, polite, and welcoming with a big smile. She takes my order perfectly every time and makes sure everything is fresh and quick. Her positive attitude really makes the morning coffee run so much better. Tim Hortons is lucky to have her.

I’m thinking I’m going to be done with this whole chain now. Walked inside, stood at the counter, the two south Asian girls were standing by the drive thru window on their phones chatting away. Looked at me, and just went back to their phones and talking. 3 south Asians walk in and step to the other register and one of the girls walk up to that register like I’m not even there, other girl walks to the back. I left. Good to know racism is this strong in this place.

I have been coming to this location for 7 years and they have been wonderful. Recently they have been getting my order wrong in person, in the drive thru and on skip he dishes 6/10 times. Not a lot but enough for it to be annoying.

My husband went to Tim Hortons in Cloverdale stood there for 10 minutes got no service at all while a young east Indian lady behind the counter just stood there not serving him. All of a sudden after 10 minutes and East Indian girl came in to Tim Hortons and the girl behind the counter immediately walked up and served her. What the heck is that? I know the manager read my review and she/he wanted me to contact I guess the manager but the link that was sent to me did not work. Also, I already explained exactly what happened so the employee just needs to be talked to and explain that when a person comes in and comes up to the counter that they should be served and not ignored Talk about RUDE behaviour 😳 This girl needs a talking too by the Manager and owner

Very nice service and food especially from Shivangi. She is very nice and intelligent. The food made by her always tastes better than the food made by anyone else. She makes it very cleanly. She serves so nicely. She is very helpful. I only visit this location that is very far from my home just for her.

The food is just like other Timis. The very small issue is to Drive in and out. The entrance to the parking lot is shared with other businesses and it is a narrow one and going back to the main street after driving through gets a bit too busy.
