I had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Navjit, She helped me during my visit. She was friendly, polite, and provided excellent customer service. Nav took my order with a smile, made sure everything was correct, and prepared my coffee just the way I like it.
Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made the visit more enjoyable. The store was clean, the service was quick, and Nav made the whole experience even better.
i go through the drive thru pretty much 2-3 days a week. they hand you your hot coffee without a sleeve and you have to ask for one. most other locations put on one before handing it to you. how hard is it to take an extra 3 seconds to put a sleeve on a hot cup?

Went in a while ago, asked for a sausage english muffin meal; the girl behind the desk didn’t know what “meal” meant and kept thinking I was asking to have “mayo” on it until another employee heard and took over. They also mop and spray the floor right next to the donuts (while the donut rack is pulled out) which I believe is a health code violation. The food is always sub-par and the eggs are overcooked.

From the moment I approached the counter, Nav was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. They took the time to ensure my order was exactly how I wanted it, with a smile the entire time. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine care Nav showed in making sure my coffee was just right. It's not often you come across someone who makes your day brighter with their excellent service, but Nav certainly did. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope Tim Hortons recognizes the fantastic work Nav is doing. Highly recommend! Keep up the great work!
