Noodle box Grandview shops was horrible. Soupy and didn’t seem to have to right flavours and paid so much extra for six small pieces of chicken.
My daughter had a beef and broccoli kids box, we asked for no Asian veggies. It came with zucchini or cucumber noodles all tossed in, and again hers was soupy, and had 7 pieces of beef and 2 small pcs of broccoli.
Not returning.
Generally very flexible and happy with what we get. This sucked!

While I usually enjoy the food at Noodlebox, I have to say that this location doesn’t seem suited for dining in. Compared to other branches, this one feels more geared toward takeout or deliveries, lacking the comfortable setup for a sit-down meal. It’s great for grabbing a quick bite on the go, but if you’re looking to dine in, other locations might provide a better experience.

when I arrived at NB for my takeout, someone had taken my order accidentally. The employees handled the situation very quickly and it was a very short wait while they re-made my order. They gave me some free spring rolls and were very friendly and apologetic. The food was excellent as always and well worth the wait.

My husband and I have gone to this location a few times now, and I have to say that it is the best of them all. The customer service is seriously outstanding. The food is pretty awesome as well. Would highly recommend.

By far the best Noodlebox in all of Victoria! After several terrible experiences at the Langford location, thought we would give this one a try. They did not disappoint. Fair portion sizes, consistency, flavor on point and met with a smile. I pay for extra vegetables, and they always come through with their portions. See you next week!

I am a fan of Noodlebox and have tried at various locations including Shelbourne Street, Uptown, Langford but this by far is the best in terms of taste, staff, service, everything. I have also had Noodlebox at Courtney as well but this branch beats them all. Keep up the good work, folks!

Went here after a terrible time trying to order at bar burrito, the employees at noodle box listened to what I asked and got my order right without any issues! I got the spicy peanut, ribbon noodles, no bean sprouts or red peppers. They did an awesome job to make sure I got some awesome food!
