Showed up for my order and was told they forgot to make it. Because they rushed the order it then came out underdone. Still charged full price but at least didn't ask for a tip.
Edit: While customer support (below) was very prompt and stated that the Langford location would reach out, I've heard nothing two months later (including prompting them twice). This Langford location seems extremely poorly run and I can only imagine what that reflects in their kitchen (if they even make your food, apparently).

One of the best donairs I’ve ever had! Perfectly seasoned meat, fresh toppings, delicious pita, and the sauce was unreal. I also tried the lasagna and it was pretty bland unfortunately. But you can tell a lot of care goes into the food here. Definitely coming back and highly recommend!

Our hawaiian & pepperoni pizza were excellent. One of the best we've had. The toppings were generous and was cooked perfectly. Also, excellent service and staff are friendly. Would recommend this company.

Extremely disappointed. the first time was fantastic. but it seems to be a hit and miss. This time the meat lover one was a burnt on top. . the Hawaiian was also well cooked. It didn't taste good all.
I doubt we'll be going there again.
