The hours that this Tim Hortons is open until are incorrect!! It is not open until 11pm. I am unsure when they are open until, but it is definitely not 11pm. I actually think they close before 9pm!!

Walked in to a basically empty place looking for two ice caps. Took almost 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us waiting to order. No offer of whipped topping. Storefront was nice but service needs work.

Its 8:30 and you're closed when it says you're open till 11pm. You may want to change your displayed hours so other people aren't wasting their time coming to a closed store.

The Americano (Colwood) they’re serving is not hot enough, therefore it doesn’t taste flavourful and it’s not as enjoyable. Tim Horton’s are inconsistent from location to location it varies.

Ever since the new manager(?) Josh started working here the mid-morning snack stop has been smoother than ever! The location is clean, service is quick and easy, and Tim Hortons is delicious as always!
