I’ve visited Tim Hortons numerous times, and I’m always impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Rajdeep. Every time I go, she greets me with a warm smile, which really makes the experience enjoyable.
Walked in to a basically empty place looking for two ice caps. Took almost 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us waiting to order. No offer of whipped topping. Storefront was nice but service needs work.
The Americano (Colwood) they’re serving is not hot enough, therefore it doesn’t taste flavourful and it’s not as enjoyable.\nTim Horton’s are inconsistent from location to location it varies.
