I used to go here 4 times every week for the same order . I proved to the manager that the staff has been robbing people . Charging them up to 26% tax on their order . I've deliberately sent people ahead of me to compare pricing and have caught them stealing from me several times . This place needs to change owners . 🙄

Service is always fast and friendly in restaurant and drive thru. Food is delicious and they make a great all day breakfast in addition to the regular burger family. The restaurant area is clean and maintained. Family and senior friendly. Lots of parking.

This was so gross, no pride in the job. burger was drowning in condiments and grease. My tomato was the small end peice and lettus was basically non existing. Sad to see A&W go down hill so fast. thanks for the fries at least, definitely recommend the A&W in kimberley way better food, service, and order is correct.

Worst! I got vomits (food poisoning)after i ate their food today i got nashville burger OMG after eating that my stomach is in pain since then, please use fresh things and fresh chicken!!!!! Imma gonna report tomorrow

I'm hard-core A&W, it was my first job as a teenager. The burger patties seem smaller now, I want the old style onion rings back, the only authentic thing about A&W now is the Root Beer. I think I may be over A&W.

The service was great but $18.00 for a teen burger meal and a large coffee is absolutely nuts. I hadn't been to an A&W in a while and admittedly the prices are listed but it was one of those things where one does not think to look. How expensive could it possibly be?? I wish there had been one of those roller coaster cameras but for the drive thru to capture my shocked face. I won't be going back to A&W any time soon.
