As a visitor to your country I am shocked that such an amazing fast food place isn't better known. The staff were great, a real team atmosphere with a trainee (I think!). The burger was amazing, fresh ingredients, tasted delicious and most impressively it looked like the advert! I love the sweet potato fries option and the churros were brilliant. Clean, modern, friendly. My new favourite chain whilst visiting Canada 🇨🇦

I'm a doordasher and I have been blocked by this restaurant from getting any orders. No reasons whatsoever as to why they blocked me. Terrible service from a place, when us dashers come in and get the order, and go to deliver. I've never given them a reason to block me from getting any delivery orders from them. And when you ask them why they blocked you, they give NO reason. Absolutely terrible!!!!

I used to go here 4 times every week for the same order . I proved to the manager that the staff has been robbing people . Charging them up to 26% tax on their order . I've deliberately sent people ahead of me to compare pricing and have caught them stealing from me several times . This place needs to change owners . 🙄

Service is always fast and friendly in restaurant and drive thru. Food is delicious and they make a great all day breakfast in addition to the regular burger family. The restaurant area is clean and maintained. Family and senior friendly. Lots of parking.

This was so gross, no pride in the job. burger was drowning in condiments and grease. My tomato was the small end peice and lettus was basically non existing. Sad to see A&W go down hill so fast. thanks for the fries at least, definitely recommend the A&W in kimberley way better food, service, and order is correct.
