“Max’s surpassed their excellent reviews today. My husband and I each had perfect lunch sized tasty quiches, specialty teas, and shared a flavourful sausage roll and took a soft yummy cinnamon bun to go. While enjoying lunch in the cafe, it was lovely watching the three staff members interact so warmly and cheerfully with each other and with each customer. We live 90 minutes away, but Max’s has now become our go to place next time we are in Cranbrook. Kudos to the owners for creating a gem of a lunch spot with great staff. Thanks so much!“

“Visiting from Montana. It was wonderful to find my favorite Canadian Maple donuts here. We bought a dozen and when the Customs officer asked if we had anything to declare, we said all we had were donuts. Fortunately we didn’t have to share any! See ya next year!!“
