Waitresses are brain dead. They can't tell the difference between a cup and fork. Pathetic customer service they try to attempt. They need to hire Waitresses that at least know where they are. The only reason they wear a name tag is so they don't forget their own name.
Had a free pizza card ( when you spend 50$)
Went to the Cranbrook location as we are holidaying here. My pizza had very little cheese or tomato sauce. I dont think I have ever had this bad of pizza ever.
We have eaten there before and no problem but maybe new management trying to save money
Terrible service. I definitely wont be back. Our waitress was absolutely horrible. She never cleared a plate off our table we literally had no room for anything, she tried to bring us our bill before our kids even ordered dessert that was INCLUDED with their meals. Didn't bring us our appy until we were done our meals but charged us full price. I ordered a coffee and she brought it but then informed me they have no cream and yet still charged full price for that as well. I wrote...read full review
