After a long, tiring drive, I arrived at BP in Cranbrook during a rush of customers. I had to wait a bit but the staff were apologetic, friendly, and working very hard to take care of everyone. My meal was fresh and piping hot when it arrived and staff were most accommodating in every way. Kudos to all the staff for their excellent service and great meals!

Worst dining experience. Service took way too long. 10 mins just for a waiter to acknowledge us and take our drink order. Then after over 45 mins of waiting for our uncomplex food order that never came out, we informed the manager (who seemed like he didn’t even care) and left. Probably won’t be going there again for a while.

Since the wonderful owners SOLD it went downhill fast. Caesar Monday special- stopped at 6pm… no Clamato for a special. Really? Running a bar and restaurant like that..wow Food is cold- meatballs were frozen inside and bolognese sauce was cold. Appetizers never come out before the food & always came with the meal, the “managers” always busy so he can’t hear the complaint 1st hand. The waitresses ARE amazing to try hustle & fix things every time but they can’t keep up. No I don’t want to go back for a free appetizer- 3x we tried and it was terrible. No I won’t share to the Boston pizza social blah blah that you’re telling everyone to do. Very sad.

Food was typical Boston Pizza, pretty standard no matter where you go. Service was mediocre at best. Table wasn't cleared until manager did it, forgot appetizer, didn't check up during meal.

It started off as the worst meal, but thankfully, when we called and after arguing they did correct the order and made it actually warm. First photos were for the first order that I got, which was cold and gross. The second photos are of the food that was corrected and much better.

In all the years I have left a review of my dining experiences, I have only leIft 2 negative, now it's 3 I ordered the fish tacos which came as a serving of three, with one small fillet of fish devided between 3.0ver half of the taco was coleslaw. When the server asked us if all was good I told her how disappointing the seving of fish was. She delivered my comments to the management, who apperantly was the owners son, which we overheard. No one came to rectify or enquire and we were ignored, not by the server but the kitchen management. They were not busy at all , actually very empty for a Friday night at a 11Boston Pizza. Very disappointing treatment by management
