Waitress was oblivious to me trying to flag her down multiple times. She was zoned out and in auto pilot mist of the time. 2 tries at getting Coke no ice. Nope! Also never noticed every time my glass was empty etc.. There were only people at 2 other tables besides myself. I simply gave up and flagged down whatever staff I could when I could. Once you add tip it's a 50 dollar meal for 1 with some leftovers.

Waiter didn't have enough knowledge of iten on menue . Our party dad to eform him of lunch item come with garlic toast. .Didn't top off my drink ever. Clearly they didn't have organational skills or experience to serve us.

Server had an attitude, food took over an hour. We were the first people there for the lunch rush. Last to get our food. Im never one to complain. but the food was absolutely atrocious. Very horrible. Burger was supposed to be 2 1/4 pound patties. Everyone ended up with dried up hockey pucks with cold fries.. we were told not to go here and we did anyway. That cook should be fired 100%

We ordered , pizza, it was greasy and dough was raw ! Called to complain as our order was not completed, ribs were raw, missed items , got the second order delivered pizza was a nightmare , again greasy and raw ! we waited over a hour for our delivery, will never be coming back ever again.

After a long, tiring drive, I arrived at BP in Cranbrook during a rush of customers. I had to wait a bit but the staff were apologetic, friendly, and working very hard to take care of everyone. My meal was fresh and piping hot when it arrived and staff were most accommodating in every way. Kudos to all the staff for their excellent service and great meals!

Worst dining experience. Service took way too long. 10 mins just for a waiter to acknowledge us and take our drink order. Then after over 45 mins of waiting for our uncomplex food order that never came out, we informed the manager (who seemed like he didn’t even care) and left. Probably won’t be going there again for a while.
Since the wonderful owners SOLD it went downhill fast. Caesar Monday special- stopped at 6pm… no Clamato for a special. Really? Running a bar and restaurant like that..wow Food is cold- meatballs were frozen inside and bolognese sauce was cold. Appetizers never come out before the food & always came with the meal, the “managers” always busy so he can’t hear the complaint 1st hand. The waitresses ARE amazing to try hustle & fix things every time but they can’t keep up. No I don’t want to go back for a free appetizer- 3x we tried and it was terrible. No I won’t share to the Boston pizza social blah blah that you’re telling everyone to do. Very sad.
